As I understand it, 441+ cannot be upgraded, so 16+ weekly chest loot is what it is. The only use for aspect crests that drop from 16+ instances is to get to 441 (hero 5/5 upgrade needs it), and for crafted gear.

Yeah swapping the order is how I had it before, but if you prowl to enter cat form it doesn't put you on the gcd, whereas entering it and then prowling puts you on the gcd

You can go straight to aspect creat recraft and skip the wyrm crest recraft but you'll just need one of the new sparks

Also, if you recraft to wyrm crest and use a spark, when you are ready to recraft to aspect crest you won't need another spark

there is an item on the auction house that adds sockets to a neck. it is called "tiered medallion setting". you need 2 2* and 1 3* setting; the 2 2* settings are used first and the 3* setting is used last. some JC crafting recipes (like the rings) automatically have sockets in them. otherwise most people get sockets from Great Vault rewards when they take tokens

Shadowflame drops half a week from rep quest, if you dont do the rep quest one week. The next week you will get catch up shadpwflame. So no you cant get another shadowflame this week. (Catch up is almost garanteed in 2 runs)

theres a couple ways but usually the faster the less interesting. the fastest way is to power level them doing the level boost strats that people offer for sale in valdrakken; boostee joins party and stands in safe place, booster(s) kill elites en masse

like you can just chill and slam timewalking dungeons or do the questing speedrun thing and those might be faster/slower depending how new your new player is and what they enjoy doing

Timewalking is always a great time to level - and is going on now, too. Big xp from dungeon runs and they will have the chance to get comfortable with their class a bit, too.

if your friend is new to the genre in general I strongly recommend just letting them do their own thing. let them quest and pick where they want to go and help them farm mobs, do a couple dungeons and see if they enjoy it or not

a lot of the dungeon experience is “rush through at Mach 5 and either you know the route or you get left behind” which can be frustrating so you might just be doing some questing and chilling

There are several vendors where you can buy chunks of points (artisan consortium, some niffen in loam etc) but it's not really a catchup since everyone gets them so they will still be ahead of you. But atleast you get get some perhaps 100 points through the vendors?

You need to check ilvl of the raid difficulty. 441 is mythic so it will give you that appearance. 428 is heroic, 415 normal and 402 LFR

Personally I think its the opposite since feral doesn't have to worry about the different eclipses in order to do optimal damage, and has a pretty simple build that boasts a lot of damage with very little skill, giving you 3 dots to worry about and 2 cooldowns in its main rotation. I've gotten both my friend and dad back into druid and they found it easiest to be effective on feral druid, but I know for a fact they tend to play more melee classes in general. It might just come down to that.

It's after base stats + anything that gives you percent stat. Mastery is weird in that mastery point gets multiplied for your rating so that one won't make a lot of sense just looking at it.
