That sounds like the default max of how long you can have slumbering. After 6 hrs of slumbering, the session ends itself
no i mean its not registering the timer that i have at 4 hours, so i made the timer go off longer so it processes it. cause ive fone it fine before
Hope it goes well for you. I still can't even get consistent dozing after all my previous testing. Sleep manipulation with the PG++ and phone method is pretty frustrating 
just do like 1 hour of 'snoozing' in-between the night so you'll be guaranteed to get some non-slumbering

same way you fake snoozing and dozing via the vibrations app
just gotta do a loong time without vibrations, then a short period with many vibrations, and then again no vibrations (if you want 90% slumbering in 1 session)

I need to up the frequency of mine, it didnt go off enough to get any sort of snoozing
Well, at least me messing up my sleep style last night gave me 30 cleffa candies to almost evolve my mon again lol
5min is also snoozing
and if a few vibrations arent getting picked up, at least you won't hit slumbering very son
even 2min should be snoozing instead of dozing

im on ios, i need the 3sets for slumbering,snoozing,dozing
Dozing: frequent movement detected(multiple times per minute)
Snoozing: movement every 10-20mins
Slumbering: only oocasional movement etc etc
BUT it's the first time i'm using the interval timer app, i've no clue what that all means about 'sets, work, rest' 😅
i really want to know what i need to put in there?

My understanding you’re doing a vibration every 80 seconds
Since its 40 seconds work + 40 seconds rest
i tried and it vibrates 3x every 40seconds

yeah, i personally give like 30 minutes of slumbering before i start any artificial vibrations

well for snoozing, i'll let it vibrate every 15mins, but not sure for Dozing? Maybe every 40secs?
for snoozing i do 10 minutes, vibrating for 30 seconds. for dozing i do 5 minutes, vibrating for 1 minute
but that's probably different if youre using just your phone
The time between vibrations differ for person to person due to variables
- what kind of surface you’re putting the phone on
- if your phone has a case
- are you using phone or pogo++
Which is why you need to do trial and error

Im not entirely sure how i got snoozing with this, when i got mainly slumbering. I havent skewed my rates at all, its been three weeks since ive done slumbering so it shouldve been fine
But oh well. Weird

idk how high slumbering percentages you've got but it might be too much already if you did too high slumbering percentages
Could also mean you Get none or close to none snoozing usually, that could also be one of the reason you Get snoozing (in addition to what Thijs said)
I got more snoozing recently than slumbering
weird but nevertheless it is a signal that you should try to go some weeks with (much) lower slumbering percentages in order to unskew your averages

When im done doing this ill go ss some of my dozing
Some from the first week and some from last week. Ive done it just fine with dozing so idk why it would so anything with slumbering
ah I see, then the issue isn't a high slumbering, but a very low snoozing
I did snoozing in between the slumbering week and last week
you'll wanna get some high snoozing sessions then first (for example think where you wanna find snoozing mons next week) and then the week after you can easily get slumbering cuz both dozing & snoozing averages will be high
But i kinda messed it up sometimes, so maybe it didnt like me. Ufh

this is why i always recommend to limit the percentages to a not too high number
70% dozing is bound to screw up averages cuz the other percentages will be super low
but if you do a different style each week then that's still a bit confusing
make sure to check the "...% more than usual" int he morning though

your snoozing average% is 19% which is kinda low yea, and your dozing average% must be high as well, gotta fix your averages
just asking, where do u see snoozing average 19%?

i always say to be careful with skewing your averages too much when i explain this stuff 🙃

way too much slumbering, so both dozing & snoozing are too low. gotta increase your snoozing to be able to doze, it seems

all comes down to the same, my guide is for android but it translates quite well to pg++ and ios, the key is testing what works for you

Has anyone figured out why interval timer won’t vibrate when you put ur pokemon to sleep? Seem to have a problem where if I put my pokemon to sleep it won’t vibrate on the interval timers

Is there any way to check if the interval timer vibration is strong enough for snoozing without burning an actual sleep session?
find a right time to do a nap (which is not this event lol) and just test out stuff during like 1 or 2 hours during this nap
and focus on the time window in which you were testing this stuff

It helps to have it on a hard surface but as ^ mentioned it’s best to test it out with trial and error

I just tried a nap to force snoozing for the first time, and this is the graph i got🥲
I used interval timer, and heard the vibrations every time. My phone was on a table in my office
Any ideas as to why the vibration wont register?
And the vibration was set to every 15 min after initial slumber btw
try one or more of these things and keep testing before doing it all night:
- more intense or frequent vibrations (every 2min is still snoozing, then if only 50% of the vibrations are picked up it still works)
- use a softer surface like a couch
- remove the phone case (and if you use a ++ remove the case you might use for the ++)
- etc
i've also not really figured out how to properly do it with my new phone with ++, even though i've had it for quite a few monthslol
I'm not testing too actively tho
but it's been a bit rough
when I first tried it my phone saw slumbering for 2 hours then it held at snoozing
consider if that could be messing up the test

hey, im trying to get dozing with my go plus+. can anyone bump me to the best method
Are you a back sleeper? Because I can consistently get dozing by leaving my plus+ sitting on my chest/stomach for a bit if I'm reading/on my phone before sleeping (It'd work for a whole sleep if I was a back sleeper)
(If someone already mentioned this tip for back sleepers, I apologize, but I was reading through again to get an idea of what time I would be waiting to make sure the start of sleep is full slumbering and didn't notice that mentioned)

Hi can anyone tell me why my phone doesnt vibrate when im sleeping?
It vibrates when my pokemon sleep isnt sleeping but suddenly stops when i turn it on
might have something to do with ios
ive seen people complain about that with apple phones
idk if there's a workaround
maybe you have "dont disturb" inside the game too
The enable do not disturb hours? I have it off
Its lowk very inconsistent because its only worked like once fully and other times it works at the start but stops halfway through
