Yeah, it's just that it's nice because it stacks the Negative Consumables together and whatnot, but I found a bug in Saturn with the stacking Consumables, giving you the ability to hold infinite non-negative consumables.

Get 2+ of the same Negative in your Consumables, stacked together. Then split one and merge it back with the stack. Repeat as much as you like. I am pretty sure it's the act of splitting that is the issue, as when I split one off, I notice the max consumable number increases by 2, and then decreases by one when merging it back together with the stack.

Literally so simple and easy. A small issue, but I kept not noticing it in runs until I had accidentally gained an unfair advantage from it :-(

I think lowering is often about as good as raising, though, if you're good at the game. Ranks are good because of their synergies more so than the chips they give. If your mod adds support for lower ranks, there's a decent chance a 2 or 3 is more useful than a 9 or 10

Kino's probably skewed my experience with that, though, as I have a bunch of jokers that care about ranks being low, so it generally feels stronger for me, haha

I saw that thread too, and didn't look too much into it, but that comment links to the love.run documentation, which includes this line if love.timer then love.timer.sleep(0.001) end (aka the 1000 cap). However, it also states that this function can be overwritten (and Thunk does). But Thunk overrides it with G.FPS_CAP = 500, which means the cap should be 500 fps, like PCGaming says. So why can I get more? 🤔
