Hyperoperations (^^, ^^^, etc.) and other crazy stuff will be exclusively use by fusion jokers. As the name implies, you need to fuse 2 Jokers to get a fusion joker, and in Mayhem there's long chains of fusing jokers and their power snowballs over time.
Fusing jokers is not very trivial however, a lot of money is required and each fusion has a specific condition to be met. Additionally, fusing a joker will increase all blind sizes comparatively after a few rounds. The number or rerolls in each shop is also practically hardcapped, and nothing else in the mod can really make you invincible

Purely theoretical, it's not as perfect and balanced as i say it is in practice

I'm not aiming to make losing normal or vanilla+, i just want it to not be brainless
