Question: I recently found out that some jokers cannot show up in shop unless they are unlocked. For example lucky cat requires you to have a lucky card in ur deck. Can this not be exploited by making a new profile, unlocking mime and brainstorm for example, and then doing a naninf run, since ur joker pool is smaller, so you will find good jokers more often? I envision this also being a possible speed run prep strategy. If you make a list of everything that unlocks jokers/other stuff, and avoid them (as they arent essential to ur run) i imagine good players could naninf very consistently. I havent seen anyone do this. Thoughts?

Yeah I guess in most cases it's a really minor optimization, but for both naninf and speed runs this has pretty significant applications. Speed runs it will save time, and naneinf runs, rerolls start costing BIG amounts of money, and atp you will have probably seen avoidable jokers multiple times, which is obviously very suboptimal

there's 40ish jokers that unlock. off top of head, at least 20 are unavoidable (one hand score of 100mill or less for example). certainly avoid the hand xmult jokers (play a pair, str, fl, 3 and 4oak every time before ante 8)...
