For me since 3 days now I think. I barely get any chests at all, it just keeps loading and loading and loading, then the steam error, then the timer for the chest starts again from 30 or 60 seconds or so.
I hope they will rise the time for the event, since due to the steam API being down we are missing a lot of chests.

All the past times I tried to join (when it was already 100-200+) my game would lag and crash but this time I joined a lot earlier and once the lobby started getting bigger, I scaled the cat scale to the smallest size as the cats started popping up and that helped. So far I haven't had lag or a crash since everyone loaded gradually instead of all at once.

is it just rarity? i know that the most expensive is the 'Silly Post It' at $216.72 has only 3 listings in the shop, and that a total of 5 have been sold, so i would assume theres not that many out there to begin with.

of the top 10 most expensive items, 6 are april fools 25, 2 are summer 25, and 2 are autumn 25.

is it just because its the first event and not as many people were active/participating during that time, leading to it being decently rare? or is it something else?

steam told me a few days ago that they are working on the inventory service and it was super unstable already
and i think we just gave it the last push.. 😅

The in-game exchange also works, but: you need to select the items, click exchange, then it freezes and nothing happens. After some seconds the windows clear, but the items seem not to have disappear and are still there. Only when the information in the Inventory History updates do I see the new item and that the exchange was successful. Only then do I go back into the game and select new items for the next exchange.
