BCC help: My game will not open. I click play on Battle.net, it says launching, World of Warcraft shows up in Task Manager as a background process but the game will not open, no matter how long I leave it. I have uninstalled the game completely, deleting all leftover files where it was installed but it still will not open. I can use Google so I've tried doing many of the fixes including Scan and Repair (nothing wrong), resetting In-Game Options via Battle.net. Still won't work. Game worked 100% fine this morning and so did it yesterday but now, it will not launch. I'm desperate now for anything you think might work, cheers.

I mean literally picking the "Reboot" from the start menu. When you just shut down, some of the RAM contents may be dumped onto the disk to let the computer start again faster. By picking the reboot option instead, you signal the computer that you have an issue and it does the full proper reboot.

You only need to be 13 to have your very own unsupervised Blizzard account. Once you do make an account, you will be able to contact Blizzard support so that they can explain how the payment situation works in such cases.

Buying anything has nothing to do with it. It was a change made in patch 9.0 for everyone. All you need to do is the achievement "You are now prepared".

Find the guide that tells you how to unlock Argus. Also double check that you are in the right version of Dalaran before you do anything. It's the number 1 reason for people's confusion.

Yes they removed rep gain for unlocking the faction but there's still limitations on quests to get places.
You have to quest until you can get to Argus etc

Do you have trivial quest tracking enabled in the minimap? Also, for the 4 leveling Legion zones, you start them at your class order hall.

And that unlocks from a quest you get from someone who starts to follow you around in Dalaran.

As I said, check your faction capital first if you need to. Your hero call board thing can lead you. You might need to turn something into magni or there's something you haven't done quite yet that is halting you.

It's possible, although I'm not 100% sure of that, that you might need to do the whole Broken Shore scenario thing first, and that would start in the notice board in Stormwind or Orgrimmar. And that would definitely be the very beginning of everything with definitely no other prerequisites.

This is a tricky question for people here. We mostly play on US and EU servers. We can also make an account on Taiwanese servers, but I'm not sure many people here are playing on it. There also exist mainland Chinese and Korean servers, but they are region locked. If you prefer playing with English-speaking players, you probably want to play on US/Oceanic servers.

There have been cases of valid keys being revoked after some time, so proceed with caution.

I was doin' Ulduar solo for achievements and I messed up so I died to reset the boss. The boss didnt reset. The game thinks somebody else in the party is alive even though I'm not in a party, so I can't respawn): Can't logout or exit game, says I'm in combat

I'm afraid Moonfire takes you out of cat form and there is no way around that. Cat form is melee (close up) spec so I don't think you get much in the way of long distance abilities.

@warm elm give you money, and if you have the darkmoon faire's guide, you have ... 5%? I think? Chance of looting one quest item you can either complete by bringing to darkmoon faire or selling on AH for some dosh. In certain specific battlegrounds you may also get items related to that battleground (see: Alterac Valley and armor scraps, ranking insignias and elemental orbs for your npcs back at your base)
