Covenant campaign > Chains of Domination campaign (Korthia) > Secrets of the First Ones campaign (Zereth Mortis). Crafting your first legendary will likely be done while doing your covenant campaign. You'll pick up Shadowlands flying in the Korthia campaign, and once you get to Zereth Mortis there's a vendor who sells 226 catch-up gear for anima. All of the campaign quests drop a bunch of renown, and you can also get renown from dungeon and raid bosses, world bosses, PvP, and Torghast. Once you complete the Zereth Mortis campaign you'll get access to a second crafted legendary belt for free called Unity that will have the legendary power of your current covenant, and at revered rep with the Enlightened you can buy the Unity power to craft like a normal legendary. From there just work on the content in Zereth Mortis and current endgame content

If you're using the raid finder, you'll only be able to randomly queue for separate wings in LFR difficulty. Significantly fewer bosses, so much shorter than a full raid. How long it takes really depends on the group.

If you're playing through the campaigns, doing daily callings, and the other content I mentioned for renown you'll get there in no time at all trust me

Nah, each chapter of each campaign drops a bunch of renown so you'll be fine especially if you're doing the other content I mentioned

You're at the end of an expansion so the catch-up mechanics are pretty beefy

Back in Legion when I was a small, new and fragile WoW player I used to have an addon of unknown name.

This addon showed alerts/notifications when messages where sent in chat. Those appeared in raid warning style of notification. You could set which channel, would it show time, name if it was a whisper ect. It was basically a visual alert on chat messages and I really really loved it.

I have spent countless hours trying to re find the addon in the past few days but I can't figure it out, if any of you folks happen to know which addon I am talking about please LET ME KNOW!!

i did the maw 36 times and i'd do it 36 more times if need be, that free level really helps keep you on track to do 2 levels in each zone then turn in all the "helping zone quests" for your last level

Depends on the faction. If you haven't started BFA content yet, I don't believe the heirloom vendor in Orgrimmar will be on top of the front gate--she'll be in her usual spot in the Rogue Quarter in the Undercity

Some heirlooms also require being in a guild that has the associated achievements for said heirloom, but you buy those at a guild vendor

Shadowlands content either doing the story questing or Threads of Fate when doing all content. Bonus objectives, ToF quests, and zone completion is much faster than it's ever been and imo beats out dungeon spam for the renown and rep gains alone

You'll figure out the rhythm. Do all of the quests in one spot, then turn them in, and then move to the next spot that has quests

It will make sense once you figure out what quests are in the same spot VS which quests are breadcrumb quests that lead you to the next place

Questing is a very important facet of any RPGs that you'll learn to understand if you just apply yourself

If you claimed it and it’s not in collections it could be the bug, sometimes store appearances just don’t show up from time to time

there is not many things you are not supposed to do in WoW as a beginner, you can change almost every choices you make later (spec, talents)
the only advice i would give you is to keep your gold for biggers bags and mount skills
just follow the story in Zuldazar/Kul Tiras and you should be good

To obtain anima there are several ways, the easiest way after reaching max level is doing World Quests that give Anima as a reward,
If you are not max level you can Kill Rares in the different zones and open Hidden Chests along with doing dungeons to earn it. And will obtain it also from just doing quests.

Make a new character and play in Exile's Reach and then the default leveling path. Give the new overhauled starting and leveling experience a fair shot. It's much easier to get back into the game if you try playing more modern content and get a feel for the most current game design

Every expansion has tier sets; but you can't get the latest tier from SL without buying that expansion. For faction, I think you probably mean covenant? (Faction means alliance vs horde, and your character is already one or the other). Covenants are also just in SL, you can't join without owning SL.

Well...it's fun 🙂 so you should start playing now to see what's going on there. When DF comes out that'll keep you pretty busy and you won't want to be playing in SL

That said...this game has been out for ~15 years, so there is a ton to do without ever buying another expansion! I love running around the old world collecting stuff and leveling professions, leveling alts, seeing old dungeons and raids, etc etc.

Should be mentioned that there are two legendaries that you can craft and equip at the same time.

The default 10-50 leveling content for new/returning players is in BFA's zones of Zandalar or Kul Tiras. Especially with the exp boost right now and the length of dungeon queues for DPS, questing and doing all of the content you come across will be faster than just spamming dungeons

You used to have to use the weapon but a later patch made it where you just have to do the dungeon regardless of what weapon you’re using

And to my knowledge yes, weapon tints seem to unlock retroactively once whatever gate it’s locked behind is opened. However you’ll need to run say 30 legion dungeons on a mage to get the tints unlocked and then another 30 on another class to get their tints unlocked

Question: If I’m trying to get all covenant/armor type combos and need to get renown 60-80 each time after using the Broker Mark, would it be easier to do 4 covenants each on 4 characters, or do it across 16 characters? I ask because on one character I’d only have the renown from 60-80 being tossed at me from 9.1/9.2 one time, then I’d have to find a new way to get renown. Whereas on each new character I could do 9.1 and/or 9.2 over and over until that character gets from 60-80. Which would be the better method? I doubt I’ll be able to do it all but at least as much as I can

alpha doesnt have a ton of people outside of streamers and people who did a lot of testing in the past

beta will have more

but even then its a small percentage

most people wont get in

also you can only sign up once

signing up again doesnt do anything

if you want to get into the alpha for 11.0, i recommend doing a lot of testing on the dragonflight ptrs when those are available

and people told me to stay away from Ragnaros, why is that?

It's unfortunately enough the big latam server so the number of arseholes and ppl that just doesn't understand the game is quite high there

Also they speak Spanish so that's bad too
