given it's a reward for completing(full clear) of the raid that's at the end of EUREKA

(called Baldesion Arsenal)

meaning,you'd have to get to lvl 60 in eureka,THEN find a group experienced enough to do it with,then kill a rare in a FATE to open a portal to EVEN gain access to the place

however everyone gets the mount once you clear it

the demi-ozma mount is super cool,because it's basically the boss(proto ozma) but as a mount
