You have to level a nightborne to 50 unlock their heritage armor, and only nightborne can wear their heritage armor

#

A boosted or race-changed nightborne cannot learn heritage armor

there is no way around the leveling. Even XP Boost flasks and stuff used to disqualify you from unlocking it. Also dont waste a race change just for this set when its so trivial to level right now

only thing that's random is weapons/ trinkets/rings you can roll doubles which you can't use them but i'd also recommend flying around and picking up all the one time treasures before buying the 226 gear

I don't quite understand. I am trying to unlock nazjatar and it says I need to get an achi, which requires having friendly with all 3 alliance factions in bfa. So I'm doing some quests. There isn’t a “best way” outside of maybe boosting endgame stuff for gold
Anything relating to selling items etc relies on your servers auction house and how competent you are at flipping/selling which you basically have to figure out yourself

The first question is how do you want to change the actionbar. Do you want to enable 4 more bars? You do that through the Interface settings. Do you want to change the keybinds? You do that from the Keybinds menu. Do you just want to move what's on them? You drag abilities from your spellbook menu onto the actionbar, or shift+click and drag existing ones off
