so it might be something simple but playing remix, on a shaman trying to do the class hall quest "gathering of the storms" to get the class mount. i accepted the quest then talked to the quest giver to start the scenario, a load screen flickers then i get an error " you do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeons." sometimes it will disconnect me as well. any thoughts or ideas would be helpful

I found a post on blizzard stating that you can receive the mask at renown 14 as a deathknight however when I preview the quartermasters helmets to purchase I only see the lion looking mask. you have to catalyze the helm, on a DK. however i don't think that's gonna unlock it for your Paladin, the off set pieces from amirdrassil were a mix of paladin and warr (iirc) but that helmet wasn’t one of them

i really couldnt tell you. my biggest issue with wow is that there is no clear way to get armors you want it isnt very user friendly

it's mostly because a lot of things change when things become not current

DKs can get it very easily by buying the item you mentioned and then taking it to any of the catalysts however since it's a tier piece it's only useable by that class, sometimes pieces are off set pieces from raids/world boss/random drops. another thing is once you can no longer upgrade items (things not in the current season of gear) you are locked into the color that they drop at which is determined by their itmlvl

the problem is you're a paladin wanting to wear a DK helm
