If using the payment source on file so all you need do was to click "yes" when it reminds us Suno will use card on file, then that seems unusual.
You were certain at purchase there was ample credit (say $100) or similar balance in bank account to cover the purchase.
Given that,.... then there's no good guess why the first purchase didn't go through unless issues with the account itself. No one here would know what might me.
Check your statements for credit/bank to see whether payments were attempted.
At which point you may try contacting Suno billing. Until then, in 20 days your account is also set for auto charging for the Pro account.
You could attempt to see if the credit purchase can work for trying to buy $4 worth of credits than an upgraded subscription.
But I'd caution against changing any further payment methods after being denied two already in a short time. That can indicate fraud to bank algorhythms, right? Up to you though.
