Does it matter how many you generate at once? I seem to get better results just doing 1 set at a time. Like as if the spot we get on GPU's is not only shared by multiple of us but our own positions in the queue. So if we use up more focus towards one song it seems to do a better job. This may just be conicidental, I'm not sure if this is actually true but it seems to be for me.

Annoying though it may be, best thing you can do having raised an e-mail and locked a place in the queue is to give them time to get to your request. As you might imagine, there have been a lot of escalations to them following the recent tightning of copyright checks.

Purchased samples are a bit tricky, since the default position of Suno is that you should only upload audio you have exclusive rights to, which isn't necessarily the case for purchased samples, where the licence may not be exclusive.

So I looked into it, turns out even if this does work, it violates the upload policy. Basically, you dont have ownership or the exclusive rights to use the work, which is in sunos upload agreement you signed by clicking the button. Splice says

"Sounds are licensed, not sold, to you" basically they just give you non-exclusive permission to use that audio and they retain ownership of it

It requires a slightly different workflow - if you export what you make from Suno into an external DAW, you can work in samples that you've licensed as you see fit, and publish that music to wherever you like.

It's uploading those samples into Suno which is the no-no.

But I suspect the tricky part is that Suno needs to have a non-exclusive right to re-use those samples. Your licensing them wouldn't typically give you the ability to grant them that sub-licence. That's something splice (and others) would need to adjust in their licensing model.

Oh, I get it. But the goal of the abstraction is to connect with a listener. Not everyone had my specific experience. But I'm sure they've had their own moments where they've experienced being overhwhelmed to that point. The idea is to have the delivery communicate the context. That's why the vocal delivery is deadpan and a little sad. And the rest of the track gets sadder. Through the abstraction I can attach the emotion I am trying to convey to it, and share it more effectively than just telling my own sad story. I want the listener to think of their own sad story, not mine.
