Deleting Songs
You can now delete songs using the Move to Trash button. To delete a song:
Move to TrashTo view your Trash, click the More Actions button in your Library, and select View Trash. You can restore deleted songs to your Library, or you can choose to delete them permanently. To restore a song to your Library from your Trash, select the song in your Trash, and click Remove from Trash. To delete a song permanently, select the song in your Trash, and click Delete Permanently.
Random Style
We've heard people mention needing style inspo when making songs using Custom Mode. You can now generate songs with a random style by clicking on the Use Random Style button in Custom Mode.
Support
We are receiving a tremendous volume of emails, and we sincerely apologize for our delayed responses to emails you've sent to support@suno.ai, billing@suno.ai, and hello@suno.ai. We are scaling up our support function to help us respond to each and every one of your emails.

Library Search
We launched Public Song Search last week, and now we’ve launched Library Search! You can now search through the songs you created! In your Library, search across your songs on:
Song Titles: Search for specific titles you’ve created, like “My First Suno Song”.
Style: Find music by genre, mood, or any other style you’ve used to describe your music, like "Punk” or “Lo-fi”.
Lyrics: If you can’t remember the title or style of a song you made, but remember that it’s about “grapes” – you can search by that too!

Hi @everyone - Pro and Premier members can now regenerate lyric videos for songs. Regenerated Videos will take into account new Titles, Song Art, and any edited lyrics.
How to use:
1 - Open up the vertical “...” More Actions menu on any Song Row, Song Page, or Song Sidebar
2 - Click the “Regenerate Video” button
3 - You’ll see a message pop up on the bottom of your screen confirming that your new video is cooking
4 - Once your video is available to download, you’ll be able to click Download > Video in the More Actions menu (should take less than a minute)

Good evening @everyone. Pro & Premier users can now separate the vocals and instrumentals from songs, which will give you more control over how to use Suno.
How to use:
1 - Go to Library or Create, and click the vertical “...” on a song row
2 - Click “Get Stems”
3 - If you’re not there already, you’ll be navigated to the Create page where you can see two new clips that are generating. One will be the instrumentals, and the other will be the vocals

Mini-Update: We've improved the web player controls for newly-created songs, to enable scrubbing backwards and forwards in the player while a song is still being created. Keep in mind that it's possible to seek to a point in the song that is still being created, which might cause the player to buffer momentarily. Try it out by making some music 🎷

Pro and Premier User can now Exclude Styles when creating new songs. This gives better control over specific attributes that you might want to exclude. Try excluding specific instruments, specific styles, or even specific vocal-styles.
Excluded styles will be shown in the Song Preview sidebar and on the Song Page. They will be listed in the Styles section with a "-" sign in front, indicating their exclusion (e.g., -piano).
1 - Go to Create and select “Custom.”
2 - Pro and Premier users will find an “Exclude Styles” switch. Switch on.
3 - Enter any styles you wish to exclude in the new section that appears.
This feature is currently in Early-Access Beta only for Pro/Premier users. It helps us a lot if you like and dislike songs as you use Exclude Styles. Doing so is the best way to help us improve.
Try prompting specific vocals (eg: female vocals) by including [female vocals] in the Lyrics section and excluding “male vocals” in Exclude Styles.

Recent update: Covers on iOS
As we continue to work on your mobile and web experience, you’ll now find Cover available on iOS. Pro and Premier subscribers can cover any song in their library, while Basic (free) plan users can upload their own audio and cover it!
Just released: Captions on Web
If you use Suno in your browser, look for the Add a Caption button in the right sidebar. As fun as it is, now you don’t have to add captions in your lyrics field if you don’t want to 😂
Testing/Coming soon: New Create layout
Based on community feedback, we’re working on updates to the Create page, including adding more levels of control in Simple mode. You may be included in a small batch this is currently being rolled out to, but if not, don’t fret! We’re hoping to get some feedback so we can ensure it’s ready for everyone!

📌 Pinned Songs
Pin up to 5 songs to your Profile so they show up before the rest of your Public songs. This lets you highlight pieces you’re particularly proud of to your listeners, even if they’re not your Top or Newest.
To access this feature, click the More Actions (triple-dot) icon on any of your songs, go to Visibility & Permissions, and toggle “Pin to Profile” on. That song will now be pinned to the top of your Profile! *Currently available on Web, coming soon to iOS!
👥 Followers/Following
You will now see the number of Followers and the number of users someone is Following in a new location on Profiles. Clicking these will show the full list of Followers/Following a user has.

Hey all! This week I wanted to take a step back from feature updates and talk about the model. Yes, this means v4 and beyond!
**Update 1: Removing Shimmer **
The topic of controversy since the release of v4 was shimmer. What is shimmer? Some people said it sounded like laser beams, video game coins… all sorts of things. Many of you have heard it, and we’re happy to announce that after our latest update just yesterday, shimmer should be effectively eliminated from future generations.
Update 2: Acknowledgement of Decay
As we started to implement some fixes around Shimmer, users noted that longer generations tend to degrade in audio quality. We hear it too, and you can trust our team is aware and working on it. The temporary workaround would be to try extending before the decay. For example, if you hear a change after 1min 30sec, try extending from a place where the audio quality is still desirable (which may be a few seconds or longer before the point you really hear it).
Note: Reporting bad audio quality using the in-app reporting tool does not provide a credit refund. If you’ve had some really ugly generations, send a note (one email, please!) with a few examples (seriously, 3 links or less is fine) to support@suno.com so we can try to make it right!
Update 3: What’s next?
We keep getting better. The end of shimmer marks the next phase for v4, which has been in beta since its November launch. While v4 is no longer in Beta, there’s still work to do.
With that, I’m also happy to officially announce the work we’ve been putting forth on new model development. We’re actively testing several variants to ensure we get something great out to all of you soon. As we continue to make strides, I’ll share some more details and examples to get you pumped for the future of Suno. In the meantime, expect more feature updates, better functionality with existing tools, and more control over your music. We can’t wait to share more!

Update 1: Create Page update
Some of you had a chance to check out our new Create page already. Beyond a UI update, we added style ideas to help describe your song in Simple mode and an updated workflow in Custom mode. You can still do everything you could before but you may need a moment to adjust! Remember- this update is for everyone, but only affects the web version. You can check it out by visiting suno.com in your browser of choice!
Update 2: Trending improvements
Trending feeds for Now, Weekly, and Monthly have been updated with better engagement analysis and tracking. We’re working to ensure that authentic listens are prioritized, helping you grow your fans and find more music you’ll love.

Hey all, it’s update time! Today is a mixed bag; some updates, and as promised, a clip from a model we’re testing!
Update 1: Android credit top-ups (on the way!)
Users who had purchased a plan through Google Play will now be able to buy extra credits if they need more during their billing cycle. Keep in mind, those can only be used while subscribed, so be sure to make tons of awesome music if you need to pause your plan! *Extra credits are also available for subscribers via iOS and direct on Suno.com, but you’ll want to purchase using the same service you subscribed with!
Update 2: Jump back in (Web)
A new homepage section to improve your listening experience! You’ll find liked songs, your most listened tracks, songs you’ve made, and recent playlists all in the “Jump back in” area, directly above the For You playlist.
Update 3: Model testing/listening
OK, so there’s been lots of noise about noise in the v4 threads, and much of it is focused around heavy music. To show you some of the progress we’re making with new model testing, I'm including a clip I made earlier today! Let this be your warning: it’s pretty heavy. 🤘

Hey all! Some quality of life updates, new features on the way, and of course, a clip of our new model. Details below!
Update 1:** Search in Library (Android)**
We added a search tool in the Library in our Android app. Use search terms instead of scrolling forever. That’s it!
Update 2: Song Queue (web)
For your listening enjoyment, add songs to a queue (instead of constantly choosing or making a playlist) by using the More Actions menu and choosing Add to Queue. Look for the icon in the play bar next to upvote/downvote to show and hide the queue!
Update 3: Video song covers (coming soon)
Make sharing and listening to your music more dynamic by adding a moving video (up to 10s) instead of a static image!
Update 4: Remix and Attribution (now beta testing)
Making music more social while giving you the credit you deserve! Our Alpha and Beta testers are trying out a new Remix function, which adds a new level of attribution. No matter who makes a remix of your song, the listener will always know where it came from, with the opportunity to listen to the original!
New model clip: For something completely different than last week, a banger of an electronic/pop clip from our very own Pat!

Update 1: More connected login flows
Our web and Android users will now see Login via Facebook and Login via LINE in addition to our previous options (Apple, Discord, Google, Microsoft, and phone number)
Update 2: Genre search
Whether you need some inspiration or want to listen to a specific type of music, look for the Genre tab in search to hear examples and dial in your sound!
Update 3: Video Song Art
As seen in the Announcements channel, we’ve added the ability to update your song art to a 10-second looping video. Add some extra creativity when sharing your music!
Update 4: SoundSeasons

The Friday Fix
Hey all! It’s been just over a week since our v4.5 launch, and I hope many of you have already given it a shot! We’ve received lots of great feedback so far, and as always there’s plenty to address. I thought I’d make this week’s update more like an acknowledgement of common issues, but wanted to also remind our iOS users to check the post above about new sharing- you can expect that same kind of share experience across more platforms soon!
Now, let’s dive in with some of the trouble spots:
Edit tasks not finishing/refreshing (web)
If you’re using our new Edit page, you may have sat waiting for the status bar to reload automatically (there’s even a little clickable note about refreshing). If you get stuck, click over to your Library- you will almost always see the finished product there!
Personas sound different/not working as expected
There was a similar feeling when going from v3.5 to v4, and some feedback around v4.5 has been that previous personas don’t work as well. In my personal opinion, I’d want to have separate personas for each model. Since each model handles styles differently and has a unique sonic profile, it would also make sense that Personas would sound different across each. I’d recommend making some great music in v4.5 then creating new personas from those songs! Also, keep the older personas in case you create in v4, etc.
Remaster doesn’t sound as good/ sound is muffled, etc.
I tie these together because I think a solution here could be the same. If you don’t love the results of Remaster, give Cover a shot instead! You don’t have to change or add any style info if you want to keep the song similar, or change it up and keep the melody the same.
With people who feel their output is muffled, I’d also point toward Cover first to try to get a bigger variant in output (and hopefully something more interesting to your ears) than the gentle rebuild that a Remaster typically provides.
I hope these are helpful tips! As always, these features are being worked on by the team, and we’ve also received plenty of insight to inspire some changes to the model itself. If you have more feedback, visit suno.com and click More from Suno > Feedback to send details to us!

Hey all! Here’s a quick end of week update. TLDR: We heard you!
Remaster in v4 is back!
While we launched our Artist Update of new features like updated stem extraction, longer uploads, and a new Editor week, we also removed the ability to remaster in v4. It didn’t take long to hear your feedback, and since some of you still find it valuable to have, v4 remasters are back! One thing to keep in mind; this is for web only (mobile and desktop web), and doesn’t apply to our mobile apps!
**Updating a v3.5 Persona for use in v4.5 **
While we’re always excited to release new things, it’s common to hear “but what about this old thing I like a lot?”. While I personally make personas specific to each model, here’s a quick trick to get your v3.5 persona ready for use in v4.5:

Artist Profiles are now available for suno.com users!
🔁 You can now reorder the sections on your profile
📌 You can now pin up to 10 songs
🖼️ You can add a cover photo to your profile
🏷️ You can pick up to 5 genres to display on your profile
🔗 You can add your social links to your profile
Miss the old view? Just hit “See More” in the songs sections!
Another part of this update that deserves its own line is user-level blocking.
Beyond just blocking comments, you can now block users from viewing your profile.
iOS users can check the App Store for the latest update which includes improvements along with features like Mentions that were previously released on our web version!
Now, go back to having fun and making music!

Hi all! For those who are deep into using Stems on Suno, you may have run into some tempo drift that can make it difficult to time-align within a DAW. To address this, we’re introducing Tempo Locked Stems. By selecting Tempo Locked before downloading, we’ll analyze the average BPM and adjust the timing to stay locked to the grid! If you don’t need it to be perfectly lined up, no need to check the box. If you prefer to have a more precise version, just choose Tempo Locked!
The new Tempo Locked Stems option is available now for Pro and Premier subscribers- if you're using Stems, give it a shot and let us know what you think!

Hey all, Mike here. Just thought I’d pop in to acknowledge the recent outages, and apologize for the downtime. Today we’ve had two separate outages, but I’m happy to report we’re recovering, and we’ll get you back to making music as soon as possible.
I’d also like to help dispel some of the misinformation I’ve seen across a few different channels and address it head on. These outages are not attacks, nor are they related to upcoming changes. Suno uses a host of different vendors and service providers, and while that can make things tricky to pinpoint, it’s best to avoid reading into the conspiracies when people start jumping to conclusions. If anything is out the ordinary, you’ll hear from us. When changes are incoming, you’ll have plenty of warning.
Working with any evolving product can be a bit of a test of patience, but with a number of variables beyond our control, there may be time where a little extra patience is required. More than anything, we want to give you the best experience we can, and we’ll continue to work to ensure things are back online as fast as we can.

We recently made an update to our Knowledge Base (FAQ) and it didn't clearly describe ownership on our platform. We appreciate that so many of you picked up on this and that you care so deeply. So, we want to clarify: you do own the Output you make in the Pro and Premier plans and you are granted commercial rights to use those Outputs. For the Basic (free) plan, Suno is the owner of the Outputs you create, and you are allowed to use them for non-commercial purposes. We have reverted our Knowledge Base back to its previous version to reflect this, and you should know the Knowledge Base article updates did not change anything about ownership of Outputs while they were live.
For more information on Output ownership and Suno in general, please consult our Terms of Service, which was last updated on November 6, 2025.

Just to keep you in the loop, we're updating credit visibility for paid subscribers, and it may feel like your credit count is hidden. This isn't to set off any alarms; in fact, it's the opposite. We want you to feel empowered to make music, not worried about running out of credits. To not feel inhibited by the countdown of credit usage should unlock a feeling of freedom to create without boundaries. You can still find the details on the account/subscription page, but we hope you focus less on running out, and more on making something great.
