No. However vehicle gas tanks will leak fuel if you shoot them enough, although there is no VFX for it so it's easy not to notice.

Well if your gas tank still has bullet holes in it from being shot, refuelling isn't going to be very useful.

It’s usually an issue with single fire, having hit reg issues. Usually when I’m on full auto I don’t have any issues dropping them but singlefire can sometimes make it feel like I’m shooting a bulletproof dude

Third major update on the roadmap will add better building and prop damage values. Thats at least a year away

It's Armor Piercing ammo for 7.62 rifles, and is usually used in SVDs and PKMs
There's another version for 5.45, but if 7n14 can't pen concrete then 7n whatever the AK74 one was wouldn't be able to either

But for most standard outer wall concrete carrying pillars which are 30cm thick, most defo not.
However most buildings you see in reforger would be brick. Brick would most likely be penetrated yes.

Interested in making a zombie server or some sort of game mode where we can do little missions to acquire more weapons, ammo, outfits, etc thanks in advance.
Now that you mention it, there seems to be more lights that light up but don't emit than I thought... Is this a bug or limiting light emitters to save resources?
Especially weird because the enigne doesn't seem to have that much trouble with light emitters/shadows for the most part
I'm also still pretty sure explosions don't emit any light either
Probably just lots of stuff to work on. When they find something that doesn't work right for whatever reason, it can often be easier to just short-circuit it until they can prioritize a fix.

I've been looking at getting Arma reforger, is it worth getting? (I'm mainly looking for the RP aspects)
If you just want a game to play, get Arma 3. Reforger is more of a prototype and tech-demo for the new Enfusion engine. Still quite buggy and has server instability issues, and not much content. But it seems to have fixed the performance issues and jankiness of Arma 3.

Reforger is closer to DayZ-before-modding (despite having modding on day 1 😬) than a regular Arma title... I would advise you to instead keep an eye on what kind of RP/Life modding is out there for Reforger before hopping in

The reforger server software is free, you already have it in your steam. No need to buy a second copy.
You can just download it and run a server locally (if you know how to set it up and do port forwarding)

The roadmap is for the Early Access period so if tanks are added it would be after that period (probably concluding in the second half of May 2023)
Are there any plans to drastically increase view distance? With a new engine this would be the perfect time to try several methods of doing it and would make the world feel so much more real.
I believe in the workbench you can increase the distance past 5000m so the limit is set up for the early access testing and or so that players don't complain about bad performance since they probably limiting the players to certain aspects of the game itself. maybe when helicopters are released they will increase the view distance

Not sure about the current view/object distance though, but in Arma 3 it's usually enough to have something around 3000m, unless you're flying jets (which isn't possible in Reforger/Enfusion yet)
reforger does a good job with LOD and can process more geometry than arma 3 ever could.
Modern game engines have methods not to impact performance too much for viewing environments at distance, It would be cool to see Arma Reforger push the boundary especially because it's a combined ops focused game. I don't expect to see everything perfectly but distant terrain with smoke really far would be cool to see

Could be... and maybe not even then, if by combined arms you mean a focus on vehicle simulation roughly equivalent to that of infantry
I mean Jets, drones, artillery, infantry, armor, etc. and how they're used together in the battlefield and how a grater view distance would enhance the feeling of the battlefield

Very little is public about Arma 4's development, this is not one of them... and a PS5 Reforger release is planned; based on others' statements I expect this will occur in mid-May 2023 or later

If the game is releasing in around May 2023, and the progress is going as slow as it is currently, then I don't see any other possibility.
Unless that's just the release date of the first update and you mistake them, I don't see them getting all of those features including the new vehicles, weapons, etc in time

Final Strike update would also have a BRDM-2, but unless one of the variants is depicted then the 'baseline' vehicle would be comparable (not quite a gameplay clone) to the BTR-70 in terms of role, protection, and weapons (also a 14.5 mm HMG + 7.62 mm MG)... I've guessed that it may become a FIA vehicle since it's the historically older of the two (entered service 1962 to the BTR-70's 1972)

LAV is an Canadian made vehicle
I know there's multiple types of LAVs themselves, but I'm unfamiliar with the specifics of them as a class of vehicle
All I know is the Canadians made them, UK and US Marine Corps (used to) use them, and that there's a few different variants, and even inspired the Stryker family of vehicles

If you host your own server do you get admin privilege? Because technically you're connecting to a dedicated server don't know how that would work... Mainly looking for the ability to set a certain person as GM but only one person has the power
You have to go to your servers Config files and set an admin password

Yes. As admin you are also GM.
Yes you can log into admin using the #login command while in game. Type in the global chat #login and your server admin password. With admin abilities in server you are able to disable GM abilities to anyone but an admin. You can also soft reset the server as well (does not always keep your assets you have placed. It Can bug out and do a fresh restart of the entire server deleting everything placed) but normally soft restart will clean up all bodies and equipment on the ground. Meanwhile still keeping the entities you have placed. Hope this explanation helps.

No Black Hawk helicopter, however... this quarter is supposed to have the fixed- and folding-stock versions of the vz. 58 rifle (Sa-58P and Sa-58V respectively) and the 4x4 km terrain Arland, next year is the Mi-8MT (Soviet/Russian designation for the franchise's Mi-17 helicopters) and UH-1H, and then by the time the game leaves Early Access it's supposed to have gained the BRDM-2, LAV-25, M252 mortar, and 2B14 Podnos mortar
The AI isn't mentioned as being able to pilot the helicopters (the roadmap specifically says controllable by players), but they will be able to operate the mortars and by default occupy the new HQ role in Conflict mode; both changes will be in the last update on the roadmap

Closest thing is to drive up beside an AI with a vehicle, and have them man the gun
Theyll do it automatically sometimes, had it happen with both HMMWVs and BTRs

After that comes Final Strike, the last milestone update on the roadmap to 1.0, which mentions a Helicopter weapon system without elaborating on it

Note that both will have a Standard helicopter flight model, there is no mention of an Arma 3/Take On Helicopters-style Advanced Flight Model (AFM), and the devs have promised no specifics for post-1.0 support outside of it lasting until Arma 4 comes out
So it might be a bit more arcade-y than some people had hoped for 🤷

There's also nothing publicly available about Arma 4 development other than it having begun (announced in mid-May 17 as part of Reforger's reveal), although someone who previously leaked Reforger's existence over a year before that has claimed ||2024-2025||
Then again I believe that this claim was before Reforger's player count and reputation tanked... so who knows what BI leadership is thinking about keeping schedule or not. On the one hand they still have the same CEO who chose to have Arma 3 beat GTA V to market by a few days despite the SP campaign and several assets still being months away from being ready... on the other hand, I presume that the devs have to determine whether the issues uncovered in Reforger 1) can be overcome soon enough, and 2) are specific to Reforger (that is, not already in Arma 4's code)

Community manager Niles George said months ago (also back before the player count and game reputation plummeted) that they expected Early Access to run for twelve months, so the game was supposed to leave EA/be declared 1.0/launch in mid-May 2023... unless that changes, you may expect all of what's on the roadmap to be what's in the game by that time

Not so on the latter, insofar as cross play is already optional and has to be enabled by default instead of disabled by default

Having been a long time player of arma 3, I have been a bit hesitant to play reforger due to its lack of large maps(such as lythium), do these large maps exist in reforger now or is everon sized maps pretty much the norm?

ACE3 no, while a very light version of ACRE2/TFAR is in vanilla... the AN/PRC-68 and R-148 radios are available for short-range 'handheld' use, the AN/PRC-77 and R-107M for mid-range 'manpack' use (they're worn by the RTO loadouts in Game Master mode)... here's the state of things as of late July; afaik the main difference now is that the objectives are taken by proximity-in-the-cap-zone in the classic sector control style instead of by interacting with the vehicular radios shown: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2814452333

Yes you'd have press start and up on dpad while your map is out. To place down a marker, you have to tap A then drag the line

Lmao controls should be on bottom left of screen while map is out if you wish to test it that way. Keep in mind its still new so not all control aspects of map are "mapped out"

Camera moves a bit when you shoot, but simply put, that's because of weapons recoil.

Greetings! I seem to be slightly mentally handicapped and I can't figure out how to deploy the bipod on PC. I've been trying to use the 'deploy weapon' to no success and one of the XBOX players mentioned inspecting the weapon. Please assist me in figuring out how to use the foldy bits on the bang bang dispenser.
have your weapon out, not like at your waist, short press Ctrl + R (to inspect weapon), look at your bipod and you will get interaction. But im unsure if it affects anything recoil or stability wise.

Don't know. I've resolved this kind of issue by removing mod files from server, but I self host. There should be a file manager somewhere in your "control panel" of the server

This is just my thought spectrum since this update. Wouldn't it be possible to equip your player model with the weapons/equipment in server before spawn and save loudout? I know it may cut back a bit on realism but it may help with overall performance. In addition to that, hopefully a little personality to the models themselves like beards, freckles, blemishes and so on. Something we can customize to look how wed imagine ourselves to appear within the realm of arma

And in Game Master the limit of your commands is pretty much, "go over here". No individual stance commands or scripting or anything like that.
in GM so far you've got a few flavors of move, a search and destroy and a hold/defend

and Hold/Defend is pretty much stand in the open until you get shot at and then shoot back
it has a bonus of getting in turrets

Get In is squad level I believe so it'd put the team inside a vehicle like a truck, I mean hold is also squad level but they won't get into a truck with it

It should be in for players before the end of the year, however the only commands publicly named have been follow, search & destroy, get in, and move... GM has the first three plus defend, while the GM-specific versions of the move waypoint are move relaxed (basically walking with weapon lowered) and forced move ('ignore enemies on the way to the destination')

dont know about ban but it probably will not start the application since reshade (which imo is just bloom up to 11 so why even bother) injects code into games which anti cheats will typically terminate on start up

Yea, judging by how things are going they've finished alot if work on the engine itself and are finally working on the actual content of the game. They're releasing the milestones drip by drip - the milestones aren't huge updates themselves, but more like guidelines of stuff to add by a certain point.
The Ground Assault Milestone is just a time limit they gave themselves to get it out out - all the content should be added by mid December, a little bit at a time
First the new conflict, then maybe the new map and the mines, then the dynamic campaigns to top it off, spoon-feeding us content as they create it and use that as their bug test instead of waiting for huge updates that might have a million bugs on release

i like the sounds of this, the roadmap we have now seem really muddled and hard for you guys to work with, if all of the weapons updates came together and the environments update were together it would make the workflow easier for you devs, we just hope to se the roadmap updated so we can see when and what to expect with the updates

Yes you can set rain, but currently its just yes rain or no rain. What I want is the intensity of the rain. eg drizzle, light shower, heavy shower, thunder storm, etc etc

@fringe badge you can also go into Game Master, run it locally on your PC instead of joining a server. Place down a man from any faction and an arsenal box next to him, or whatever else you want. Then right-click on him and "play as unit" or something. By pressing esc, you can exit that man and go back to the Game Master mode.
Yep, totally do the tutorial first. I hope more games even if they are MP only focus to have at least an offline tutorial scenario so the player can familiarize with key bindings, game mechanics or what have you.
I hope the dynamic campaigns will do a good job at teaching that. The tutorial needs more stuff in it, such as reacting to gunfire and spotting the difference between a friendly and an enemy uniform, both close up and at range

Anyone having a issue where when using multiple mods that add assets to the GM menu the game seems to not like spawning in the correct object? For example trying to spawn a UH60 but getting one of the GM effects like artillery. I’ve tried messing about with several mods and combinations but it seems like the menu has a hard time handling multiple new assets
I believe this is caused by having the server and client running different load orders of mods, desyncing the configs and thus using the correct index but incorrect objects.

Build it to get extended medical supplies for cheaper supply cost, and maybe even summon an ambulance that acts as a mobile hospital, allowing players to fully heal wounds.
If you've played A3 with ACE, KAT Medical, and have PAKs set to CCPs only, it's kind of like that - only medics in medic uniforms at a hospital or ambulance are able to fully heal players, who would otherwise be working at half efficiency/health bandaging themselves
Again, just speculation, but with them adding ambulances and huge medical changes very soon it's more than likely

I agree with him. It's a weird combination to do. It really should be holding SPACE given that you can't do anything else while climbing anyway since you're using both hands to climb. Not sure why holding buttons sucks. You do it all the time while moving.

When you draw the lines and have it placed on the map, there will be an “X” in the middle of the line. Just press A on the X and it’ll remove the line.

Also on the climb with SPACE and press S to back out front, I just watched the video of it and it seems more hacky than anything. I think you should be able to use SPACE to hold yourself up on the wall for X amount of time and if you are carrying too much you shouldn't be able to do it for long if at all. Then you can either let go and drop back down or go over the wall.

i feel like peeking and climbing over should be different actions possibly accessible through a menu of some sort, also i don't like the idea of being able to easily just jump on over a 2m tall fence with an m6 and 500 rounds in your bag and not getting exhausted after it, also i don't like that you can climb over wire fences i feel your hands would get cut up pretty bad

you can climb wire fences without the barbed wire. With barb wire on top you cannot. But there is a barbed wire fence in the compositions that you can climb and stand on...
all the arma soldiers are 65 year old retirees, cant climb, can run... cant carry 10 pounds of ammo
Ngl the stamina is pretty ridiculous. Even if you're just wearing basic clothes, you sprint for a few seconds and the guy is exhausted as hell. Even my weakass could do better than that. 😅

You dont, there are no roles per say. There is ussualy armory/arsenal, where you can adjust loadout to your needs
In gm you can save it on arsenal box, on conflict you cant.
Find an armory and grab a new weapon/gesr set.
There's specialized vest rigs for every weapon almost, and two kinds of backpacks you can wear (radio and ALICE). That's how you change your class in Reforger, find whatever is sitting around and make do.

If you expect a full AAA game, no, Reforger is still in Early Access and will most likely never become a triple A game. For that you'll have to wait for Arma 4.
If you want to see what BI has to offer with the Enfusion engine, be a part of the development by providing feedback or learn the engine for future mod development; then it's worth more than the $30.
I suggest watch dslyecxi video about it... He shows what Arma Reforger is and what it is not, and manage your expectation

It's playable now. There's some issues relating to visual glitches and a few frustrating crash causers, but for the most part it's playable and enjoyable. This is the state it should have been released in.

Update 0.9.6.xxxx was delayed for several months and when it and its subsequent hotfix were released it broke many aspects of the game from the workshop to automated banning of team killers.
Is there any push to fix the workshop soon or will it be another 3 months before the next update?
No idea... they went from weekly updates to biweekly updates to experimental (three updates there before the third was pushed to stable, then one update there that was pushed to stable)... which in hindsight seems to have spelled the end of 'trying to keep a chronological schedule'
Guess they will need some time to figure and fix all the stuff introduced in latest patch(es) and to make sure to not add even more on top of it. 🤪
Funny that, I only really noticed the latter once they went to experimental... before that the minor updates seemed to be here-and-there fixes that didn't help shake the game's disconnect reputation in the way that 0.9.6 did

It's a feature to slow down gameplay. They have player like accuracy
Slower vehicles with more weighty handling, more AI and AI objectives, slower gameplay speed with a focus on logistics above all else (can't hold a base that you can't respawn at), and the dominancy feature are all gameplay elements intended to slow down the game and discourage solo bush woolies
Previous conflict, one man could win the match just by being speedy. This conflict, you're basically required to cooperate as a team
Except the bots seems to only slow down the US since the Russian can still get into the APC and be infront of US HQ killing supplies truck within ten minutes.
Americans get the HMMWV faster, and an HMMWV can shred a BTR
Players getting shot off a turret of an HMMWV is a skill issue I've been seeing, drivers being retarted and driving straight into an enemy point and gunners not knowing how to turn the turret
As US you should be taking advantage of the fact that every man can carry a Pringles can, so that when a BTR does come by you don't gotta be scared that a single man in the squad with rockets gets killed and you can't fight it, like the Soviets kind of have to if the US gets a BTR
Plus if soviets get an APC within the first ten minutes, those people deserve fucking medals. They're true chads and the best players ever and deserve a spot in eSports if they can get to Lieutenant that fast
It seems you play full conflict. I play smaller maps conflict in which players can spawn the bar at match start.

I have most of my experience in Full Conflict, yeah
I usually PvE until I'm lieutenant, then run BTR or Infantry and generally wipe the floor with whoever I come across
I tried out PBSs server this afternoon - pretty sure you were there as well - and I kind of enjoy the smaller conflict. Next time do what I did and, while everyone else is taking point, sit on a road with a trunk full of rockets and just wait for something to come along. I mostly just fuck with logi by skirmishing behind enemy lines, or watch major routes people take for opportunities to cut off reinforcements and slow down assaults
Like in the Saint Pierre/Morton server, just find a spot in the road where you have good visibility, and you and a buddy can single handedly destroy an armored column - something people SHOULD be doing anyways, with that high a player count on that small of a map
When I spawn in Morton I kill enemy BTRs before they cross St Pierre pass.
When I spawn in saint Pierre I will kill the enemy BTRs before they cross Simon's wood.
The problem is I have to take back roads and drive over hills or the bots will shoot me out of the humble.
Meanwhile the BTR doesn't have to worry about that and the Russian team can deal a lot of damage if they were a bit competent.
It's all a matter of playstyle with the tools available

Clear the riads, drop FIA hooligans, and do your best to halt enemy armor advances, while the other 31 players capture shit and do logi. Those acts alone help the team out entirely
i tend to set up an m60 on the mountain outside Monfort castle so it overlooks the main road out of the soviet hq, then every uaz or truck that comes through i put around 50 or so rounds and that usually does the trick, had 5 vehicles burning in Vermont in just one game, never sent a squad to get me
I usually set in the main road from Durras to Levie, cause HMMWVs and BTRs usually frequent that area.

generally speaking expect nothing from others, want something done, best bet is to do it on your own. Existing MP issues aside, It also takes a bit of time to get accustomed to the new workflows (new type of editor, new scripting language etc)

I think it would help if the default moon phase was a full moon. Pretty bright with the moonlight + no clouds imo. But for whatever reasons the game is set to first quarter moon and usually ends up cloudy as well and then we're in pitch black
The other day, I literally face body slammed someone and barely realised that there is someone there.
A week ago I was walking down the edge of a road with 4 other teammates and the only reason I noticed the american literally in front of me was because he turned around to look at where he was coming from and I ended up seeing his glow patch on his helmet bobbing around. It's just a mod. Some like RHS some like CUP. Some like both. Made free of charge. No need to bash the other mod just because you disagree with some aspect of it. It is all down to personal preference really. And that's what makes Arma great

RHS assets are, in 99% of the cases using vanilla's standards, in terms of textures, polycount, number of section count and LODs
if you would check, APEX content is higher in terms of polycount and texel density than vanilla for instance

for reforger we will aim for PC, if it works on consoles, then fine, various ram and hdd size limitation is not really our concern

The amount of mods is not the issue, it's how well they are optimized script wise. Assets don't make the server/clients slower, unless they generate errors... In which case you shouldn't use that mod.
the number of 4K texture for instance (and there are 4k textures used in tanks DLC by BI btw) are under 8 or so
so from a assets point of view, there is literally no difference between vanilla and RHS in terms of optimizations. from a scripting pov, we have very very few scripts running at any given time, and that's usually for FCS

True, but game engines is the core of BI (RV engine is build by BI, not a third-party), and this almost 16 old tech has reached its limits, so they create a new engine for the future (like all studios do).
Anti-cheat is not a part of their business, and others are more experienced with that. So I don't see how and why this should be a feature build by BI.
Keep in mind that Enfusion is still a work in progress, and so is Reforger, so don't write it off before it's done. It already has massive improvements over the RV engine, but also some issues for being new.
Will The enfusion engine be improved more for development of mods like ACE?
I checked on their discord that they can't even make a medical system for ACE Anvil because of such thing as an inaccessible dll
CBA/ACE will expand on whatever is supplied in Enfusion, however since it's still in active development without exactly knowing what and how, there's no need to already work on CBA/ACE.
And knowing BI they will listen and support large mods like CBA/ACE to make the engine more accessible, but at this time that's not a priority.
And yes, I put both CBA and ACE together, because they both do the same thing; make improvements to the engine/game. Which is only possible when the engine/game is finished 😉

The ACE team will keep an eye on the development of Enfusion, and give feedback on features they feel are wrong or need to be opened up for modding like the medical system (not implemented in Enfusion yet), the radio system (worked on), weapon/gear attachments (worked on), just to name a few.
And why would you put a lot of time in building something when in 2-3 months it will be part of the Engine?
And yes, the RV Engine is very simple to work with for modders, but that also took years to get to that point. Enfusion does make a lot of things easier, but also harder (mostly due to missing documentation). In the end I think Enfusion will be superior for modders, but don't expect that to happen within a year.

The main roadblock is that the engine is far from done, and no one knows where it will end up. And I do understand the answer on the ACE Discord, because that is one of the reasons; the engine is not done and not fully opened up for modding, so not possible to expand on it.

That's because Enfusion has a big damage overhaul planned (according to the roadmap), and the current damage handlers are not accessible with mods.
Intercepting damage is simply reading the incoming damage (eg. unit gets shot with a damage value) and being able to modify the damage value before applying to the unit.
Eg. shot with bullet in chest: 10 damage => intercept => increase damage to 20 => actual damage to unit is 20 (instead of the default 10)
In Arma 3 ACE this is being used to bypass the default damage handler (which is just a hitpoint system on the full body), and instead add damage to specific limbs with different damage types.

Hi all. Created an arma reforge server with the mission "{ECC61978EDCC2B5A}Missions/23_Campaign.conf" - conflict for the whole map. Maybe someone knows the gameid of other conflict missions, for example: the conflict of Mortno and Saint-Pierre?
If you look up the mod on the Reforger Workshop website (https://reforger.armaplatform.com/workshop) and click on the mod, it will also display ID. Although you probably need to check the exact filename of the config with Workbench.
Check pins in #reforger_servers the list may be a bit outdated tho.
on the server, I go to the admin panel (#login mypass), type the #missions command, it shows me all the available missions. how to switch, let's say, to such mission Missions/23_Campaing_SWCoast.conf?
You cant in game. Only in server config. Missions only displays/searches avalible missions that server could run.

I got a new glitch, when I'm aiming down sights my turn stick won't work. I can strafe fine.
Happened after I raised the ADS multiplier to max to increase my turn speed while on a modded server, but...it didn't happen until later on different vanilla GM server...and now it seems persistent.

I've got a question for anyone here who can assist.
I'm unable to download any mods from the workshop. I'm aware that it's a finicky beast, and am on top of the typical issues. But this is different. It happens with any and all mods.
My downloads will all fail at like 1-20%, or simply never start downloading at all.
I have plenty of space available on my console, and have done the following already to attempt to remedy the situation:
-Reset Game
-Hard reset console
-Rest wifi
-Delete Game save data
-Delete Cloud Data
-Uninstall all mods
-Uninstall/Reinstall Game 2× now.
The only thing left I can think to do is a full console factory reset.
If anyone has experienced a similar situation and found the fix plz plz plz let me know.

I've used so far around 30 mods.. Performance is fine. I had a milsim with 17 /18 people and we had no big issues with it.. Just the usual... But overall no big deal, so why?

According to https://reforger.armaplatform.com/news/roadmap , before the end of this year (Q4 2022) we're supposed to get AI driving of ground vehicles on-road (dunno how well they'll be able to do off-road if at all...), AI being able to be part of groups, and commanding of them... however, so far the only commands for players to AI on that roadmap are follow, get in, move, and search & destroy.
When can we expect the player limit to be increased ? and when can we expect to have server persistence (it's annoying to lose all the conflict progess)?

I presume there'll be a get out command... move, get in, and search & destroy are shared with the current GM orders (waypoints) but the GM also has access to defend (hold position, fire at will), forced move (ignore enemies on the way to the destination... basically A3's Go, Go, Go! mod), and move relaxed (walk speed with weapon down, basically a faux patrol movement style)... and mission-makers have almost triple the number of possible orders/waypoints in the World Editor

I’ve had that specific issue many times and what I do is I just go and delete and reinstall Arma reforger and it works usually.

Script missmatch means, you and server arent running same mod version

Have the devs ever said anything about the advanced driving controls ? The gear shifting and so on ? It's there in the options but nothing comes of it. Not even in the roadmap. 
Dunno about the in-game integration but so far there is a mod that enables manual shifting (dunno if it still works):

my friend got a free server cuz he pre ordered Arma 3 and when we try to start it doesn't work, and we don't have a dedicated server id and gamehost address thing can someone help me?
You mean dedicated server app in steam? everyone gets it free. And it will not start without configuration
hey all ive just set up mt dedicated server and it works awesome untill i try to add mods then my server crashes with a game destroyed que if i remove the mods from the server config it works fine i checked the json with a validator says its all good any advice or anyone else have this issue before im about to pull my hair out!!!

Thank God. I love sp conflict but sometimes I feel outnumbered when capturing objectives. I wouldn't mind having a small fireteam with me to cover my ass lol

The medical system update and the unconscious state/revive action are in separate milestones, however some features may slip back while others slip 'forward'... no idea if AI will be able to revive, although now COD MWII AI can do so
Far Cry AI does it too. Maybe a weird example, but I enjoyed it in those games. If you took the time to keep your npc teammates alive, they will do the same aswell.

I wonder if they'll make the PSO scope fit on the AK once the M16 gets the colt optic. Otherwise it's kinda unfair. 
They will. Its as if some people just dont read the official resources given to us about whats coming in the future
Soviets right now are pretty OP, with the BTR and the RPG-7V1
So to balance it out, the PSO is being held off for later, while the Colt 4x20 is releasing before christmas

I mean the PSO scope that is already in the game. It should fit onto the scope mount of the AK already, yet it doesn't. Was disappointed when I found out.

On the Armed Assault Fandom wiki the AK-74 has been shown from the left without the side rail, so presumably it will be added visually... either that or the rail just appears when the optic is attached
Oh N variant does not have rail, rather the same 2 hole mounting mechanism like SVD has.
"Rail" is integral part of scope. Like check how pso scope looks like.

The Sa-58P/Sa-58V in Ground Support will give them an exclusive caliber (and thus magazines) while the UK-59L in Final Strike will replace their PKM... at least visually (caliber remains)

most by this time have been retrofitted with a rail or come from the factory. also this is arma so you might as well put on a rail

the rpg 7 and AK have the same rail. the SVD can accept the AK optics and SVD optics.
I know they are standard and they can be fit on anything as long as it physically fits. All im saying is, as of now how thing are:

As long as attaching scope doesnt magically transform off the mill ak74 to ak74N. Mikhail Kalashnikov would turn in his grave every time scope is attached in such case. And russians would gain infinite source of power.
Will there be more friendly AI added to solo conflict? I want to see friendlies assaulting objectives with me
Question for the future future. Can the engine/terrain handle season change? Like we have tides (RV engine, not tested in Reforger), moon phases, night cycle, rain, puddles, wet texture, etc... Would it be possible to have seasonal change also? Like now when we chose the scenario date on december, it is still summer everon. Would be nice if it becomes snowy and the tress all shed its leaves (some species of trees)

Has BI considered testing gore mechanics in Enfusion?
I hope they do add gore in the future. The higher the caliber of the round, there's a chance it could take a limb off or even make someone's head explode like a watermelon. I think that would be a nice added touch of realism

Gore should be vanilla
it's already P-16, adding gore mechanics will push it to P-18, meaning a lot of problems to sell it online
