Previously, I had a one-year complimentary Pro subscription active on my personal account. Recently, I accepted an invitation to join an Enterprise organization. I have since left the organization, and upon returning to my personal workspace, I discovered that my Pro subscription is no longer active.

I understand that joining an Enterprise plan typically results in the cancellation and prorated refund of an existing paid Pro subscription. However, my situation is unique as my one-year Pro subscription was a promotional offer for which I made no payment. Consequently, there was no remaining monetary value to be refunded.

The automatic cancellation of my promotional subscription upon leaving the enterprise plan appears to be an unintended consequence of the standard account merging and separation process.
