I’ve had a hard time untangling the rhetoric from both sides on renewable energy. Out of the 12 moonwalkers, only 4 are still living today. Seeing their stories and missions firsthand fuels me with purpose and inspiration. Let's join in the next space race, pushing to the stars—for all mankind.
Fun fact about Homemade Documentaries (the solo Jackson Tyler): they're so well regarded that the still-living Apollo 16 Lunar Module Pilot (LMP) Charlie Duke actually watched, commented on, and has spoken publicly about this film—saying, "this took me back there," to paraphrase. I can't imagine a better endorsement than that.
EDIT: I had 17 posted, but I swapped to 16 since it relates to Charlie, which I find much cooler. lol. Watch 17 too if 16 feels like an HBO series to you. Every mission expanded on the previous one in terms of goals, tests, and improvements, like the lunar rover. What Armstrong did on 11 was just a fraction of what each follow-up flight accomplished.
Each mission became braver and more advanced. People know about 11 and 13 (first man on the moon and the life-raft scenario made famous by Tom Hanks), but the stories less told are even more inspirational. Those highlights were just part of a much bigger story.
