so when someone joined my referral it gets counted by referral system but i don't get that pro subscription

i reached 25 referrals tried to redeem cap i get the code ordered it but later on perplexity team said some of your referral are not eligible and they cancelled my order
like they are counted by API as new user how they can say its not eligible
and when i asked reason they said we cant provide due to security concerns and when i asked them can you remove that ineligible one they said now
