From my understanding this seems to be an issue with how the dynamic models / textures of the blocks work. Like their position in the world itself, not just surrounding blocks determine the exact appearance. Some time ago someone mentioned they think it might be connected to the cardinal direction the blocks are facing, but without further knowledge of the implementation, this behavior might be out of our control :/

You might actually keep a bit of a distance to such structures. People tried building right next to vaults and lost parts of their building because you're not supposed to build there. Might be the case for that specific structure too.

The poisoned Iron arrow do more damage than iron arrow AND has the 8 dmg per second for 5 seconds which is 40dmg more damage for wildlife and wildbeast

I grew up in the western US and I’m familiar with both snowy mountains and high deserts. I have the same physical reaction to this game’s environments as I did in Skyrim - it looks so real! I stay in the shade as much as I can in the desert in Enshrouded, and I think it is silly that you need a fire to stay warm during the day in game. The snowy peaks make me wish I had a heavy coat.

Thanks! The interior is 2x2 of the 4m panels. But the tree clips a bit outside of it. To be safe I would use 3x3 4m interior panels for a courtyard if you want to fit a full size deciduous tree without clipping. To be slightly more accurate, the roof cutout is 2x2 panels. The dirt below is about 2.5 x 2.5 in size. But 3x3 would be best.

When I build, it doesn't matter which side i stand or how I spin with it, the walls are only built in two directions... so I have a house with 2 walls facing out and 2 facing in. It is really annoying for me.

Very low possibility. Try moving the wall one block over and see if that resolves it. They also generate based on x/y locations in the world

yes, you're using only one layer of roof, if you check some of the half-timbered-pre built houses you'll see that they use 2 layers of roof, then the edges here disappear, just place another roof layer one block on top

@pearl marlin Like, use some shroud wood to underlign your walls or some kind of stones. Let some wooden beam traverse your wall froma side to another at different levels. Try to put some pillars at some point of your walls. Don't try to be symetric just make it feel organic and let your imagination express yourself and you will se that your build will look amazing !

Honey spawning. For some reason, creating a base that has trees with bee hives on it, and then chopping down the trees creates some kind of spawn glitch where upon each cycle (which is every 30 minutes or game restart) causes honey and wax to fall on the floor where a hive would've otherwise been. It means that every so often, while walking around your base, you'll stumble upon a large pile of honey and wax 😂

You may have done what I accidently did and hold the button to 'disassemble' the tree or beehive. I had a ton of floating ones eventually.

I think so too, but I guess that's my point. Chicken soup, on it's own, isn't really worth it when I can just have two different foods that each give me +2 constitution stacked. Because you also can't stack chicken soups, you'd have to pair it with something else. And when you factor in all the other resources it takes to make it, and the long prep time, it's almost definitely not worth it. I mean 40 minute cook time? 5 water? 3 bird meat? Time, water, and birds, are 3 things this game severely lacks as it is 😂

From what I can tell there's like 6 or so different 'foods', and as long as they have a different picture, you can have 1 of each. Yes, the multi stat foods can mix. It seems like there's 1-4, and then +5 is single stat (and only 1, where high multi stat foods makes a 5 stack)

There is no toggle, you can use the roof tool to make some angled supports, though the roof pallettes are limited

The sloping depends on if the x/y axis (forget) value is odd or even. Walls with one space between them will behave the same way, but not the same to a wall placed directly against it.

It's actually 3 groups, in a predictable arc. It's best if you are melee imo to be out of range when she starts to throw, then after the throw hop over, hop past her, hit her from behind a few times, repeat. You can also charge in and whack her in the front a few times during her horn call. Of course this is much easier if you have blink dash (essential for melee imo) or better still just stay at range. -- But yes, in one of my builds I had 1200 hp and went from full to one shot dead taking all 3 groups right to the face.

It cracks me up that you’re standing next to a pool of molten rock but you still need “Warmth” for recovery.

that's an old staff. The chest where it drops used to drop a lv30 staff that was upgradable up to 35, but they patched that chest now it drops at 25 that doesn't go above the limit.

The older ones that have been obtained before the chest was patched - remained as is.

With that said, if you really want the 35 staff which isn't exacltly "intended", there are ways you can get one.

I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the little side quest 'Wolves at the door' because the location in which you start this is at Fenrig's Farm. Now, this may be a bit of a reach, but Fenrig could definitely be a play on the Norse word fenrisulfr , which would be funny considering the quest is about wolves and the name of the farm implies that the owner was also named with wolves in mind. If you take the literal translation of 'Fenris' though, if he were named with that in mind, he would be named a swamp-dweller, which doesn't quite fit with the quest so I'm going with the first one 😂

I wish there was a staff that had all shroud damage dumped into it. the helix wand is absolutely nuts because you can proc 3 projectiles per 1 cast if you're lucky, and that will stack any non-shroud creature out in 1 or 2 casts. it has a passive chance to cast 2 projectiles, then when you combine that with Wand Master, it adds a chance for a third projectile. Just an absolutely nutty wand. The staff would be too op with extra projectile chances, but the shroud stack would be nice

after 28 hours I managed to unlock and re-do the Woodgarden Chapel. I cleaned it up, got rid of a ton of brick that didn't need to be there it is now home to the NPC's 6 + beds, dining area and is protected from evil through my magic. The protection slithers through the ground and building itself.

You have to enter all sun temples and get the sun temple text saying your in the region for kindlewastes to pop

Sun temples have flame shrines too. Their at 1st floor of every sun temple, and I think you're missing the east and northern sun temples + maybe Haunted Sun temple
