Game saves
Open your file browser and enter the following path: %USERPROFILE%/Saved Games/Enshrouded
The numbers and letters are worlds, the "characters" is the characters
If you have Steam Cloud active, please also check this URL and download the most recent files from before and after the issue occurred: https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorageapp/?appid=1203620
Game log files & backup folder
Find Enshrouded in your Steam library, right-click it, go to Manage and select Browse local files
In the folder that will open, find a file either called enshrouded.log or just enshrouded. There is also a folder called backup, where older log files are moved.
