Don't set your alarm by it or anything, but it should be relatively close to when it's expected - and the time is in your own local time as well 😄

Yeah trying to make angled roads (going up/down) and stuff sucks. Sometimes you are left with these small (seemingly 1 block) dark spots that if you fill with 1 road terrain it does that weird thing and makes like 3x3 "blob" on the ground 😄

I was 42 when I got diagnosed. There were several mitigating circumstances (no family history and it being a rare disease being two big ones) but with the fainting and with the constant injuries and pain... they really should have looked closer.
