Save Slots & Backups

There are 10 Save Slots available for your game worlds.Save Slots:

Backups:

Managing Saves

Transferring Saves:

  • This must be done whilst the game is closed.
  • To share a save, copy the latest world save I.E (3ad85aea-7).
  • Dedicated servers only use Slot 1. Rename a save file to match Slot 1 if needed.
  • Files can be renamed to move them between slots.

Rolling Back to an Older Save:

  • Open the -index file in a text editor.
  • Find the line "latest": X (where X is a number from 0-9).
  • Change it to the desired backup index and save the file.
Additional Notes
  • The -info file contains metadata (like world name) but is not needed for servers.
  • Each player generates their own -info files when creating a world.
  • The latest world save files are what should be transferred.
Ensure you copy all required files when sharing a save. For servers, only Slot 1 is used.

I'm not honestly sure where those numbers come from cause we never released that kinda stuff. Yeah though, the game has done really well in Germany, relatively speaking at least. The #1 spot still goes to the US, but proportionally we probably have a lot more Germans than you'd expect from your average Steam game

If you've played Valheim it works similar to the rake there. You set the slope and can move the terrain around and flatten it, based on where you start with the reticle.

Sheltered, comfort, and warmth are required for rested, Other places you might need to substitute sitting but if you have your comfort built up at your base you should be able to reach an hour + of rested fairly easily

This is a geniune concern, whether it seems "game breaking" or not. I dont understand why people are being aggro to u about complaining about it. You paid for the game and its a valid concern.
It seems like it does suck it breaks your current stance just to eat and plenty of games dont have this issue. Hopefully u could try submitting it as a feedback somewhere without being clowned on for no reason.

Appreciate that. Yeah, the only thing I found was the suggestions box. One similar had 300+ votes but it said something about just RPing. Which is fine and I can deal with eating out of stealth, but it definitely seemed weird that they would give you so many RP facets but you stand at the table to eat. It's not gamebreaking, but it's definitely awkward feeling.

I am now in the 4th biome (not @ the end yet).

HP potions are instant use. food is not.
Now to work on some solutions for the issue @ hand.

  • Each crafter you unlock has among its options a** comfort** section.
    build 1 item of each type. illuminiation - fireplace - sink - bathtub - chair - table - rug - wall tropy etc, etc, Each unique comfort item will add to your total comfort level.

We were able to get to to 30-ish pretty quick by focusing on this and now its @ comfort level 63.

The higher the comfort the longer you are rested. I am now rested for 70+ minutes
Food also last longer the higher comfort level you have when consuming. My meat buffs last 1hr and 7 minutes as well

Hope this works for you to reduce frustration about the consumption of food.

Last but not least.. You can start eating @ the top of the double jump. then you're basically done munching when you hit the ground.

Ok, we have a guess as to what happened based on this. Our guess is that since we had ||copper ore|| already, that unlocked the ability to get the ||copper bar|| recipes and when he joined with one, it actually unlocked those recipes for us. My friend has been pestering me to give the specifics since based on your reply this isn't supposed to happen and this info can help narrow it down if there is priority on remedying it.

Theres a difference between map, zones and such.
The "map" (or call it world for the understanding?) we got is almost the same since the demo to my knowledge. Since then they only let us pass (removing the barrier) into new zones they filled in stuff (content).
Also, it's not necessarily a new map that got added but a biome, with assets that got made, which also in turn is at least in my humble opinion content

The timing of the swings does take a bit of time to get used to, but aside from making sure you have enough stamina (Stam food is your friend) There's no trick to performing them.

either the underside of the farm soil doesn't count or the bottom of the plant is too far from the soil to "count"
