rename the file located here...

It's the only game we're working on as a studio, we've continued to hire new devs and post listings for new jobs ever since the game released, we have a roadmap with lots of updates planned.

people have talked about duplicating items, cheesing bosses, something called an updraft exploit etc.

Backup your character and world just in case. You can use the duplication glitch, put arrows in an empty container. Quit to desktop. Find the file of your world and the "-info" file attached to it and then copy those to another folder. Load back in to your world, remove the arrows so they're now in your inventory. Qtd. Replace the new world file and info file with the ones you just created. Log back in, they'll now be in both your inventory and inside the chest. Do this a few times, place all of your new arrows in the container to duplicate exponentially. Takes a little of the grind out of items and building blocks and puts the fun back in building a little more especially.

As you complete the halls you need to go back to the collector and create the new key for the new hall using the drops from the boss at each end of the Halls. He should also have quests for each new hall for you.

It really DO happen since this game launched. And you can find many players complained it on discord, reddit, steam and even some walkthroughs. Although it is not a critical bug, it is extremely annoying.

a nice feature for the game (based on many other crafting furniture) would be to allow the fireplace to upload a bunch of raw meat and let it cook to perfection without supervision (not burned to crisp) then come back and put grilled meat into our bag instead of having to sit down and do 50 pieces non stop!

Ah, my mistake, i thought the reference was to getting across the double grapple thingymabob! That walkthrough is from feb 7th, it would be interesting to know if there's any more recent updates and problems though, most of the complaints about getting stuck i see these days is due to flame altars. As I have mentioned this is not a critical bug, and It think many players may just ignored it if they do not plan to clean all the sub quests. However, it becomes super annoying when you want to clean the quests. Especially when I tried to avoid this bug with a new save (and it just happened again). I think the problem was caused by a certain order while completing some related quests from the farmer.

yes, this can be reverted, you'll need to set the number in the index files to the save files with the timestamp of your last good save (logout), not sure how you can access those files on a paid server, but this is how its done

If you're trying to aim for 114 skill points, that's a bug and it should only be 111. They have currently fixed two of the bugs so the max skill points are 112, until they fix that last bug. And until they increase the levels.

For you to remove them yourself? Respec. They have to fix the bugs that caused the extra skill points first, which they've already fixed two of them and will fix the other one at some point.

i saw that thread and i dont trust cheat engine. Theres a huge reddit and other forums talking about a embedded virus of sorts

The installer contains bloatware, thats all.
The users just need to uncheck the installation of the bloatware in the setup and thats it.
The whole AV warnings are mostly because the program is able to change code in the actual memory, and viruses etc. are doing the same.
The only difference is, they do it by their own, and CE doesnt do anything by its own.

btw. i dont try to convince you to use it, i just want to clarify that. 🙂

Also, players who are using WeMod as example technically also use Cheat Engine, because all those cheats there are written and based on CE, in case youre using that.

tear out is a dead plant. just gives fiber. if in the wild, a fresh bush will say harvest. if its your garden, then a young plant will say replant, or harvest when ready. if it says tear out, then its no good.

It can, but for a lot of games that arent distinctly designed for controllers, they dont add it in.

Most modern controllers have input settings for partial presses for analog sticks

WASD was popularized through FPS games long ago, and standard keyboards had a gap around the arrow keys which isolated them from the rest of the buttons (Mine still does this, it's a full keyboard).

These games were fast-paced, where you need uninterrupted access to the number keys, reload, shift, etc., and WASD made those keys much more accessible. It's easier to press the lshift and lctrl and space keys without sacrificing any movement control when your other three fingers are on WAD.

The only advantages I can see for still using arrow keys over WASD is when you're accustomed to it and it reduces the game's learning curve for you, or if you're left-handed and use your mouse with the left hand. It's really up to you whether the comfort factor is worth losing the utility you get WASD and the time you spend on remapping every game you play.

Though the majority of players today don't even get that comfort factor from the arrow keys since they're right-handed. Using arrow keys comfortably would mean letting half of your keyboard/mousepad hang off the sides of the table.
