No, you can theoretically reach the softcap in the very first tier if you put in the time. You gain muscle by burning through stamina, using heavy stuff and what not. You could go into training for a while and just burn through stamina but that’s boring.

Beyond that nobody knows how it works. It’s either just drastically increased stamina usage to gain more muscle after the first 93kg, or it’s capped by days played

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get it cleared up, even the community manager isnt sure how it works 100% and hes an employee lol

However, in my experience with Early Access games, updates can be few and far between at times. At other times, they appear to come at a rapid fire pace. It sucks, but we have no other choice but to be patient, and move on to other games in between updates.

Judging by the Twitch viewer counts, the masses have moved on. At any given time, there are 3-8 people watching a half sword stream. I'm not implying that the Demo had vastly more than that, but generally it would be in the double digits. The audience has jumped ship and moved on, and it is best for us to do the same until the next update is announced. It isn't healthy to cling to something that isn't giving you what you want.

If you are going to go for sword vs armor, you basically just want a longsword around 2.4-3kg, balance should be a hand or two above hilt but doesn't really matter since you will be mostly half swording. Make sure the pommel is heavy.

I've found that holding the weapon in alternate mode makes stabbing 100% easier.

With swords, I can make my stabs almost perfectly accurate and hit gaps in armor.
