It depends a lot on your strength and where you grab someone, if you grab people by the thigh with one hand and by the chest with the other you are able to throw them around a lot easier

It is super inconsistent from my experience.

I can grab the opponent by the wrist, while he is dead on the ground, and my guy just randomly lets go. It needs more commitment, and stronger grip

I wouldnt say that, but is for a special set of people, you got the quest 2 games thats like VR slop and the PC games arent for everyone but for those who do like it they will love it, but it isnt for everyone, I wouldnt call it a gimmick though. Also a Quest for PC games is a bad idea, it will handle worse compared to older PC hardware for the same price like an HTC Vive, sure it wont have the same quality tech but it handles PC games amazingly. As someone with around 3000 hours on steam VR I think its safe to say that it isnt a 10 hour experience then your bored thing

Without a stronger grip, grappling will only really be achievable via modding the character into a semi-hulk. Grabbing is a key part of weapons combat. It would be a shame if they didn't improve it.

The Nasuea is a temporary thing, one should stop right as they feel it but if you keep playing for consecutive days stopping when you get naseous you will notice you're able to play for longer, but to be honest 2-3 hours is only as much one plays during a session before exhaustion takes over haha. But yeah, software doing PC on a quest is not the best, the quest excels at not as heavy tasks like quest games and features like handtracking or with the quest 3 that fancy AR mode. I got a valve index and I absolutely love it

Alltough I do have to admit, hopefully with the valve Frame Vr development picks up again, but as of right now the amount of new vr games coming out is very low, for someone new to VR its not as much an issue as 2016 VR games still feel amazing so theres still a huge back log of games

Not super sure on the hardware in the quest 2 but I do believe the quest 3 has vastly better hardware, You could also go with something like an HTC Vive, it does show its age and has lower framerate and resolution, but its like a volve, it demands very little to work as it should and it just works, for what its got its as smooth as it gets (except the mic, for some reason 1 year after its made the mic quality goes out of the window
