Solution: Clean reinstall

Delete all files relating to the half sword playtest existing in your local files. Be sure to back up your screenshots folder if you took any!
Navigate to and delete the Half Sword Playtest folder located in the following directory.
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common
Navigate to and delete the Saved folder located in the following directory.
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\HalfSwordUE5

Finally, reinstall Half Sword Playtest.

be sure to get ALL files listed above before reinstalling, and it should work. Let me know your results please!

Pitchfork seems to be meta against the scythe, if you use the prongs to grip the handle of the scythe you can have a ton of control over it.

Logically it just makes sense to be slower getting up wearing armor, and for your opponent to be on your ass much faster and more intently in a life or death situation compared to a friendly hema duel. It involves deleting several files from your computer before reinstallation

whenever I want to grab willies arm on the ground so I can secure him for a stab I grab him in the most impossible grip ever on a smooth chestplate and it becomes impossible to aim a stab.

didnt work, though i was only able to complete the first step. i was unable to find any folder called "appdata" under my users in Data:C, but maybe that is because i have moved my steam to data:D? either way i was not able to fully complete the process
