On the previous version you could choose how much blood there and how dense the body is. Density on the body is how easier the sword decapitate the person. Blood is, well, yeah. But, I think it really wasnt realistic nor brutal. Both of the settings were in the middle. You can still tweak the settings when you press GORE on the tab "GAME" in the settings.
