And when you swing your sword down, or in a direction, it doesn't exactly go perfectly alligned with your mouse movement

I wouldn't go for a 4090 because that stuff is not worth the pricing. 4080s is priced decently, it just depends what you really want to do. Like if you have money for a 4070ti super you also have the money for a amd 7900 xt, is Dlss and ray tracing something you really need? Dlss maybe if you want to play titles like alan wake 2 in 4K, but if you want raw performance and want to pay a fair price for it I would always choose AMD.
