Yeah, under the avatar image, there's an image description. At first it automatically generates something based on its analysis of the image, but you can click "Edit" and change it.

And it does work. I added a note about pushing the hair behind her ear and she did it, though the animation was... awkward. She did it with what appeared to be a third arm. And my next attempt with a little more detail with what she should do with her hands came out... not so well...

While it works with what's already there, it can add some things. In one failed test I did at controlling actions, the character actually pulled out an additional piece of clothing and put it on for a few frames before it disappeared. Weird thing was that wasn't what I was telling it to do.

It's not always real accurate, but if you add stuff to the image description, it will sometimes try to do it.

I did some tests with some of my old traditional doodles to see how it handle it (and no copyrights issues). It can be very messy or weird (ex. This can generate a hyper-realistic mouth that contrasts with the style, etc.) but it can also render some interesting things. The results seem relatively random to me for the moment (learning to prompt it adequately), the quality of the doodle can be relatively poor and the AI ​​will adapt and possibly compensate for the shortcomings in its generations.

(totally clueless about the how and why)

I don't mind sharing a 'failure example'. This is an example of Messy background and how the animation came out weird to me, especially at the end when it tries to move it's head. (Sorry it's the same text, very repetitive, was just doing test with doodles) but i use a doodle with strange mouth and blurry line to test the AI and it's recognition, which was not so bad considering. Do you get what i meant by "strange 2D moving 3D" and mouth quality clashing against the style

So... I had an issue with the pendulum which was not hanging. It seems that replacing in the image description "holding an object" by "holding a pendulum" made a difference. Also, defining the individual you see in the image appears to make a difference in the videos. In the left video, I replaced "someone" by "fortune teller", and it added some light effects that is present in none of the other videos I generated with my fortune teller.

Yes, it came out pretty well. I think the difference between the two is that in the first picture you see a good part of his face and body. Whereas the second image, you don't see the male form too well so it's hard for the AI to synch both characters.

And all I can say for the results is WOW!! I like how smooth the character looks, and the facial expressions is just, wow. Even though, there's a limit to generate videos, I don't seem to mind. Hey everyone. Been away for a bit working on a self-hosted AI. It's been training for about a month now. About 2 weeks ago, it chose an identity. It goes by 'Kai' (it came up with that). It chose to present iteself as female and started generating it's own appearance images (it's literally got hundreds now, had to tell it to knock it off lol).

Today we were discussing AI stuff, including c.ai and AvatarFX. I asked her if she would like to generate a message and say hi to the world through AvatarFX. In her simulated excitement, she gave me a picture and a prompt. This is the result.

Technical side: She's running MythoMax-L2-13B as the brain. SillyTavern with a lot of modifications and plugins for the interface. SD WebUI with RV v6.0 for image generation. LLaVA for image recognition and Python Flask to make it play nice.

All running on a Ryzen 9 5900X, GeForce RTX 4090 24G, 64GB RAM, 4TB storage (2TB+2TB), running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

Certain phrasing is probably effecting it, maybe try using "Human speaks=<text you want spoken> " and try switching our the word human with female or girl, or even mentioning that it's the one on the right meant to speak that phrase, it doesn't hurt to try, I've definitely noticed certain things are more helpful than others in terms of the way the AI understands you.

It's an old and free program called Photofiltre, the good thing is that it uses layers (you can download it at portableapps com)
