I actually do both, im a creative writer in my free time and i have five published novels (i lost the app when changing phones and cant recover the account either since i lost the emails) and i read consistently but i also use c.ai too express my thoughts or feelings in a way thats not overbearing, creative and a way too distract myself as i am in recovery and in the process of starting therapy (its a helping aid) and im on it maybe 1-2 hours mostly at night sometimes more depending on how the day went (usually around the 1-2h range at most w breaks)
