1. the filter can easily break even if you're a minor or not
2. it's to protect themselves from more lawsuits, they've already lost so many
3. it's for minor safety.

okay! most of it sounds like bot errors, so i have a couple of methods for you on the bot side for you try out:

1. reloading the chat (you can do this by clicking on the bot's profile and click reload chat)
2. force closing the app

the second one usually isn't a fix for bot errors, but it still solves most of the issues

Try doing these steps to ensure a successful validation.

Lighting is very important. For selfies, it's better if you're next to a light source like a lamp or near your window. It's also better if you take the selfie standing in front of a wall.

For your IDs, place it on top of a solid color surface like a mat or a piece of paper. Make sure it's illuminated properly (such as having it under direct light), and make sure every part of it can be seen properly without it blurring.
