every time I try to log into the into C a I I am asked to log back in which I do and then after I login then a stupid advert pop of nonsense comes up for chrome and it shows up every time and then when you cancel out of it you have to start all over again I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve changed my damn code thinking that it was Google but now I’m thinking it’s C.ai

Not at all. Some users receive the feature a bit later, which matches what you noticed. New accounts tend to get it earlier, so just give your main account a few hours and it should appear.

2. You don't know which age verification they will implement; they could add a shady one instead of a trustworthy one like Persona (the one c.ai added). I'd much rather give my ID directly to Persona, knowing they never had a data leak before and that they delete your selfie and ID after a week, instead of just giving a selfie to a much less trustworthy company. You do you, though.
