This is like…the least scary kind of thing to confirm with since it’s through Persona. CAI doesn’t even get your face or ID, and Persona deletes it after 7 days

not really no. not for anything bad. its usually kept for a few days for compliance, ability to re-verify, dispute resolution, etc. purposes.

Because the camera quality/lighting wasn’t good enough, your hair blocked your eyebrows, or if you’re close to 18 (under 25ish, when most people start to age into their “adult” face) it can be hard to see if you’re over 18 or a 17 year old trying to be sneaky. So they need an ID to make double sure.

It’s the same rules, CAI doesn’t get it and the info is deleted after 7 days. Should only take a few minutes to get a response, I think.
