My honest recommendation is to seek mental health support. Using AI chatbots isn't a longterm solution to anxiety. Take it from someone who's been dealing with a severe anxiety disorder for a very, very long time.

Uhm well my advice would be you could use the stories feature in c.ai for minors. It lets you roleplay with 2-3 bots and choose from reply options a b or c. Uhm but if you are gonna totally quit c.ai you could try ao3 or fanfiction

There's only one way you're going to get better, and that's through identifying the core root of the anxiety, and treating it. Don't expect a quick cure, I'm an old coot and I'm still in the learning process. Psychotherapy and SSRIs help, but even then, it's really only enough to give me room to breathe inside of my own head.

I believe in you, though. You'll make it alright. If I can somehow keep going, anyone can, lol.

I don’t know if this reassures anyone at all, but I thought I’d just throw it out there for anyone that is considering doing the age verification and would like information. This is not to push anyone to verify. I have worked in law-enforcement dispatches and there are some dispatches and police agencies that do use Persona for their employees to verify their Training status for certain third party programs that they use. This is in the U.S though. And at all the dispatches I’ve worked at, which to be fair is only three, they do a deep dive on what they use before they’re willing to use it to make sure it is as trustworthy as it can be in this current environment and day and age.
