Check your Wi-Fi see if it’s stable if your using data switch to Wi-Fi or you can try a vpn but if you are using a vpn turn it off and try to get on the app if nothing else works it might be a bug so send in a ticket and try using the website

The tickets I made about a month ago regarding my character that was deleted still hasn’t been addressed. I was just hoping to get some clarification if the bot was deleted due to copyright issues or if it was a mistake, because it hasn’t even shown up on my page as moderated it just disappeared one day. It was also of a character that was not moderated anywhere else. Just my private bot.

The issue is I genuinely don’t know. The character was an original character from kingdom hearts which while partially owned by Disney isn’t a character that belongs to them but one that belongs to square enix, and I’ve seen many kingdom hearts original characters still up on the site, including the one that I was using. Maybe I mentioned a Disney character in the description ?

I understand how fickle these things can be, though. If I can’t have the bot back I totally understand, but is there anyway to get my chat history? I remember trying to request my data and never receiving it.

Also I have made other kingdom hearts characters myself with similar descriptions and they’re still up, just that one character was removed and it was one I spent a lot of time on 😭
