I really hate how when you go to edit multiple bots that it changes the pfp to the previous one you edited. Went to edit a bot and it changed the picture to the bot I just made. And then I went to edit a persona and it changed the image to the bot I just fixed the image to. Like why!

I’m not sure what one you’re talking about but my best advice in this situation is saving your chatacer by liking it. I lost a character I had for MONTHS like so much time was put into it and as sad as it sounds it was devastating 😭 but if you save it and it randomly disappears it’ll always be in your profile under the heart

The chats/characters have 0 interactions, if you disconnect you can no longer connect, and also the AIs no longer respond to messages even if you are connected.

• restarting my PC numerous times

• restarting C.AI

• refreshing C.AI

• checking my Internet connection (it's fine)

• updating my browser

• using a different browser

• using incognito mode

• NOT using VPN/proxy

• USING VPN/proxy

• deleting cache of data/cookies from my PC + browser

• deleting cache of data/cookies from C.AI specifically

• checking Internet speed (it's fine)

• checking other sites (they work fine)

• used hotspot for PC to sign in

• tried other bots (still 0 interactions under their names when I know they didn't have 0 interactions)

• tried bots I use extremely rarely (still 0 interactions under their names when I know they didn't have 0 interactions)

• tried new bots I never used before that seemed popular (still 0 interactions under their names)

None of it works. None of it stops it from happening again and again.

This problem also tends to persist for hours at a time (4-5-6 hours or more) and then it disappears/it fixes itself somehow; just to rinse and repeat the next day or in 2 days.

I know I haven't installed any new apps/programmes that would interfere with C.AI. I'm the only person with access to my PC so no one else did anything to it.

I don't know what to do anymore.

I'm extremely frustrated especially when it happens during the middle of a chat or when I have more free time to actually try to enjoy C.AI (like on the weekends).

I'm on PC too/web version. For me, the bots are frozen. It says "0 interactions" under their names and I can't talk to them at all; they're completely unresponsive. I know that if I log out, I won't be able to log back in. So if ya'll ever see "0 interactions" suddenly under your bots' names, do not log out. You won't be able to log back in.

• When I noticed it keep repeating the same patterns or words in the recent messages. Because once it form a pattern, it is such a hassle to break it. Like in DS? Way more high repetition. God, it is so annoying.

Or, I switch when I want more humanlike reaction or dialogs. Like, a wholesome rp. I switch to Nyan or Roar.

• Not really. I tend to do a long scene in my rp. Usually it take days or weeks. So I stick on Nyan or Roar. DS are not very good for humanlike replies cause its like being dramatic for normal rp.
