If you want the character to have more dialogues than the action narration, you need to rewind back to where it started doing this and make it so that the dialogue longer instead of the narration.
Otherwise it'll become a pattern.

I think what they were trying to say was that the chat only has like 2 lines worth of the actual character dialogues, but the rest are all the narrations.
They probably want it to be the other way around.

Though for reference, on average my bot can remember up to 20-25 messages if there's only a few pinned messages + 3200 characters definition and not so lengthy greetings/ persona description.

Might differs depending on how lengthy your bot's & persona's details are or how many/ how lengthy pinned messages you have.

about 1-2 paragraphs at max. Not too lengthy, not too short.

I used to use chatbot service that was $15 a month for 5,000 messages and it was nowhere near the quality that character AI is

The reason why I said there's nothing much you can do, is because you can't edit the bot's info and put the personality for each characters yourself.
All you can do is just relying on the info that that bot's creator put, so if they didn't write it well, it'll be easier for the bot to gets confused.

I've had that issue before, if you can edit just change it to your characters name. If you cant edit but like the message just go on like normal and make sure to regen on the next reply from the bot to make sure its not getting multiple {{user}} in a row or it keeps doing it. Thats what I've had to do when it happens. Might work for you too.
