I contacted my big brother who is an software engineer and gave my google account and everything to him, he searched through my google account and said that it's a bug not my own account problem so he told me to wait
He checked my all things in my account like past account and if my recent email have any miss link with my previous character ai account and he found nothing he said it's just a bug
According to him coding is really hard and he said they definitely disabled something in the app operational system that's why it's causing and it may take 1 to 2 weeks to be okay

He said to rest assured because Devs are definitely doing something and to be honest he also said that they aren't giving any ETA( Estimated Time of Arrival) because this maybe a complex issue and they don't even know themselves that how much it'll take to be fixed/ to fix the app
So till then we've to use the app by deleting and installing 🙂

Oh fuck. Re-installing the app doesn't work to me anymore. I did it multiple times. The legacy log in appeared, but here's the thing, everytime I click it, it won't let me choose what sort of account I'm gonna choose, instead, it's automatically giving me a permission to allow the site to use the app instead, of course, I clicked allowed. But it didn't let me choose and log in my account, and when I proceeded to app, nothing change. I did this multiple times, but seems like the issue became improgressively worse.

Character AI used to have a login system that used the Auth0 product by Okta. It's a flexiable, drop-in colution to add authentication and authorization services to applications. They recently changed to (what I'm assuming is) an internal login system. The login system under Auth0 is considered as the "Legacy Login"

(If you're wondering that's why "Auth0" was in the domain when using the legacy login method)

The only options I’ve had to login with is “continue with Google” or “continue with Apple.” There’s another one that’s completely blanked out, so idk what that’s about

Go to your browser's settings, and find the option to clear browsing data. Make sure to clear both cache and cookies, and restart your browser. or if you use app reinstall it (make sure you alread deleted the cache and app data)

They're apparently aware of the situation and are looking into it (when a solution will come, who knows.)
