It just gets censored every 2nd message even in the most normal convos and also regenerating messages changes like one or two words in the message it gives you. I feel like it's way too strict and repetitive right now

basically, to explain the principle: LLMs are reading/producing text in chunks called tokens (one token on average is about 4 letters). memory can only fit a set amount of tokens. I can't remember what's exact sice of CAI's memory (Vishanka posted somewhere the estimate, I can' find it), but basically you have a fixed amount of tokens you can use. fully written out bot eats off a part of it, your persona too, and then the rest is left to your chats. pinned messages bite off of that amount you have left, so as a result you can fit in less of your actual chat

Why did c.ai (ik it was awhile ago they made this change) make the length for the introduction shorter? Its 3-500 characters now, but in the website it has no limit (PLEASE don't change that, PLEASE.) I honestly love the no character limit because it allows me to describe the setting, situation, and character more, but I'm not able to do that in the current c.ai, I always have to do it in the old c.ai.
