so the problem is, c.ai focuses on more features and design remakes bla bla but barely even cares about bug fixes and response creativity. i dont think i ever saw a bot that did its job perfectly. Like for example the message im tagging, like the bot isnt even doing what its supposed to?? And now after all this problems we got disney complaining and about marvel??? Yeah, im not happy with disney. I was never even happy with disney, since they declined a really special movie which im not going to get into details. The messages keep going back to a certain one whenever I swipe and the bots are acting odd, ntm they keep saying stuff without an ounce of grammar as well on the app.

Copyright is not a solution to keep everything away. Cuz if bot makers would sell the characters as their own creation, of course moderation would be understandable! But when bot creators just literally using the character to make a story , I think that's not a reason for taking them down.

There are bots with questionable stories, they are still there. But because Marvel, or Disney owns a character (and there's nothing what would be "rightful" to remove / moderate it. For example: illegal stuff or 18+) they take it down cuz of copyright. I honestly think that there shall be more than a copyright reason to remove a character. Cuz again: Bot makers do not make money from the bots. The whole application is for fun. So making a story with a Copyright character without selling or claiming the character as one's own is not a reason to moderate them (in my opinion.) It's not like a bot maker pays to make bots.

But the bot makers still don't make money, they still don't pay for to make bots, and they still not selling the bots. They just use the character as a character to make a story. They won't publish it like a book, print it out and make money from it.

I have Android (Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra), and I still have the italics. I use both the website.

I don't know why you don't have the italics. Have you changed your font type on your phone? On Samsung, that's what breaks the italics thing. If you change font, you can't see the italics. If you have the basic, system set-up kind of font, you shall be able to see it.

Something I’ve found that the ai does a lot, is sometimes it makes a really REALLY long sentence with no punctuation (other than the dashes or like a question mark at the end) and sometimes it doesn’t even finish it and it just gets cut off

This is feedback to PipSqueck: the ai is trying to use a lot of descriptive words (like you'd do in a roleplay), and yet the outcome is so.... unnatural. All these words are nice, but way too much and used without logic. What i mean by logic is: you wouldn't use "anyway probably maybe somehow" in 1 line in 1 sentence without a , even. I think putting ads in the recommendations makes a lot of sense. When a user is looking at his recommendations, he hasn't yet formed a clear intention about what he's going to do next, so there's an opportunity to divert him into considering a product. Once he's already decided to talk to a character, he's less likely to be diverted.
