That means that the bot is against the guidelines. The only way so you can chat with it again. Depends, like you haven't told us any details so I can't really figure out what happened, but try to switch to the website, if it doesn't work, use different search engines, and if none work just wait, that happens sometimes, character AI shuts down because of user traffic, but it would definitely tell you why, so you're probably just not loading
