it's probably bcs you have some banned words in the description/ definition/ greetings/ tagline/ bot's name that's hindering it.
The banned words could be smth Harry Potter/DC/WB franchise's related words, violent words (like k!ll, sh, murd3r, etc), or just words that could be seen as inappropriate even if it looks harmless within context.

What you can do:

• If you're unsure which word causes your issue, you can try leaving one paragraph at a time and try to save it, to see which paragraph has the banned words.,
• Once you find which paragraph has it, you can try figuring it out on your own which word/s is/are the problem.

most of it is optional, your location is approximated based on your ip address, as it typically is on ALL apps, they legally can't track your precise location without explicit permission (e.g. location tracking services on). other than that, anything else you give them is information you're willingly providing when you give them account information, payment information, chats w the bots, etc, so it's almost all up to you. regardless, most of this was ALREADY HAPPENING and probably in the previous TOS as well

No. They just made it more transparent. They could read chats ever since the beginning. That’s an updated legal disclaimer saying that if you’re caught up in any legal issues, they can use the content that you submitted to the services as evidence.

They also made it more clear about information regarding targeted ads and updated the community guidelines to make them more clear. As long as you’re not in legal drama or using the services for anything malicious, then you should be fine. If they ask you to agree to their terms and privacy policy, just say yes.
