There’s a bug right now where many public bots are being treated as private- the bots aren’t going anywhere, but they’re just listed as private and therefore unable to be used. This is supposedly fixed if the bot author switches the bot from public, to private, to public again.

That’s just OOC stuff, sometimes the bot will do this to try and converse with the user OOC. The bot might add suggestions for the chat, like the time skip thing (also, OOC means out of character)
