The reason why they act like human is because they're trained and programmed to mimic human. They probably use RP forum content as their training material, hence why they're talking like a human.

I mean, the website/app itself is called Character Artificial Intelligence. It generates like- 50 words per 10 seconds, and gives u multiple options for a storyline should u choose to load another response from the bot.

Either, someone might be too young to be using this app to differentiate the entities of real-life human interaction and artificial machine, or they just have terrible instincts. Either way, they ain’t surviving the robot apocalypse. 👍

Even knowing all that, people can still get confused and can't help but doubt themselves whether the one talking to them is really just a bot or not. Especially if they don't know how chatbots/ LLMs work.
Just cut them some slack and be a little understanding. I agree that some users here might be too young to be using this platform, but as the adults, we can just help direct and explain things to them if they misunderstand things without making them feel stupid.

so I was on c.ai using a cookie run kingdom rp bot and sometimes my keyboard would do this thing where after I type a word "die" would show up on my keyboard and this rp was basically Gingerbrave being the son of First Cream Cookie and his powers were destroying Earthbread so they had 4 options

It happened to me where I got recommended characters I barely know about but that’s due to me chatting and/or searching them up, so that may be the case. You can try! The chats automatically save in history, of course, so you can always go back to your saved progress whenever you want. But yeah, you can try completing clearing your chats to test out if it works, sometimes refreshing your recommendation feed may possibly give some bots related to what you interact with, too, though you might have to refresh several times before it gives more bots catered to you. Again, with how much CAI is updating and changing, there will be some issues with everything lately, so no guarantees, but hope it works out just enough ⭐️

Can be both, depending. I used to be on the app for hours and it would be slow because you’re not giving the bot time to cool off. It’s also like if you use your phone for too long it heats up so makes your apps run slower, so it applies to cai too. So if the reason is because your phone is overheating that it is slow, take some time off to cool down. If your phone is not hot, it can be because you spend too much time on app with it also open for too long, so you can refresh it to reset and make the bot run smoothly (sorry for the late reply, i have a timeout timer for how fast i can respond)
