Hello, I am using Vesktop, its absolutely amazing, the one thing is, I would really love to change its icon to match my system theme. Is there a way to do this without having to have some very ghetto change?

I just did a clean install and all that stuff, even uninstalled /reinstalled Discord and cleared all related cache, settings, local and roaming temp files relating to Discord and all of vencord.

I just need to install Vencord now and do testing.

Confirmed working via Clean install!!!

Steps taken:

2. Went to Vencord working directory in AppData\Roaming\Vencord and deleted everything.
3. Uninstalled Discord via programs control panel.
4. Went to AppData\Roaming\Discord and deleted everything.
5. Went to AppData\Local\Discord and deleted everything.
6. Reinstalled Discord.
7. Installed Vencord.
8  Enabled FakeNitro Plugin.
9. Logged in, Tested good!```

If anyone else has issues with getting Vencord follow my steps to fix (You might not have to uninstall Discord to fix this - I only did this to insure full clean install and no errors), you can use my guide to get Vencord working for you again.

Summary: ||I suspect that some kind of bug happened when uninstalling vencord that it did not properly remove some elements that when Executing the Vencord installer to install Vencord again (following a uninstall) that it caused a glitch preventing me from getting FakeNitro plugin to work properly.  Deleting the elements from all the listed directories above fixed this issue for me.||

• copy your current theme links to your clipboard as a backup
• remove all themes

I'm still having performance issue when opening/close images and while using ImageZoom there is a strong delay where I am pointing cursor. Tried to disable all QuickCSS code(the only things I have are hiding some of the UI) and it doesn't fix this issue. Any ideas of how to fix it or what can cause the problem?
Also, tried stock settings on web page with Vencord extension installed and there is no performance issue

Why is my Discord laggy?

The most common cause of lag is poorly written CSS.

To see if this is the case for you, try temporarily disabling all themes and your QuickCSS.

If that indeed fixes the lagging, you'll have to figure out which theme / part of your QuickCSS is causing the lag.Just slowly remove parts of it until it doesn't lag anymore.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

uhh after reinstalling vencord and installing openasar via vencord installer... my discord started launching in windowed-fullscreen(idk how to tell you what it is since its like not fullscreen but it hides taskbar until i press on the change to fullscreen/windowed button). strangely it does it only when i turn on laptop and press on discord, but if i close discord FULLY with task manager and press on open then it opens normally. I'm having an absolutely hilarious issue with vesktop right now, I don't know if it's the fault of vesktop, the underlying code with Discord, or Fedora... but if I go to screenshare my game in full-screen the framerate tanks from just over 100 to ~8FPS.

If I change no settings in the game and just... exit full screen, while still rendering the game at 1440p... the framerate only drops by like 5-10, which is expected. I can't find anyone else complaining about this... probably because other Linux users are actually competent at computers

So I just encountered a very weird issue:

1. Installed latest version of vencordInstaller
2. tried to install vencord onto discord
3. gives the error 'permission denied' so gave the installer full access + entered the command into terminal

and still gave me the 'permission denied error'
