ok here's my predicament, the custom font i'm using (JetBrainsMono Nerd Font) seems to always be resolving to the bold version. here is the relevant part of the config (i say relevant because without this bit everything goes back to default re: fonts, including font weight):

hey, I'm new to vencord and steamdeck and I found your comment on a search. could you tell me how you're getting streaming games to work in desktop mode on the deck? are you streaming with game audio? i can't figure it out, I can stream anything else but once I load a game I can't figure out how to "alt tab" out to select it to start a stream, and selecting the steam window doesn't work bc it's loading the game in a separate window. only workaround I have found is streaming everything, but then it streams the incoming VC audio I'm getting as well unless I don't stream audio. you're welcome to DM me, I appreciate any help!

I'm sorry to say, but I really haven't run Vesktop/Vencord or even Discord for that matter on my steam deck since this issue came up, and I didn't have a solution for it at the time either. Hopefully someone else here has an answer for you. Good luck! 🙃

Oh! My adhd lol. So I added Vesktop as a non-steam game, then ran Vesktop in regular steam deck mode. You can "alt-tab" between Vesktop and the game of your choice by pressing the Steam button and switching between them.

As far as desktop mode goes, I really never used it there...

No. These packages are maintained by people (usually) unrelated to Vencord. We can't provide support for unofficial repackages of Vencord unless it's an actual bug in the mod itself (except when such bugs occur due to the repackage).

okay this isn't exactly a "plugin request" but more of an expansion on an existing plugin, and I know if I put up an Issue it will get removed.
would it be possible to conditionally load other oneko js forks (ideally, one that's previously vetted because i know not vetting it would be a bad idea)

hi all, im having an issue with client themes (not custom css, just the default ones you can get in the settings > appearance tab by enabling FakeNitro)

environment info (lmk if i missed anything)

(translation: i am using the discord desktop client on manjaro)

steps to reproduce

1. have at least two discord accounts logged in
2. have the fakenitro plugin enabled
3. change the client theme in appearance to one of the nitro-only ones
4. switch to the other account
5. switch back

expected result

the configured theme persists between changing accounts

actual result

the theme resets to the default one after step 5

why is this bad for me

i switch between accounts multiple times a day, and my lazy ass can't be bothered to change the theme every time

I'm trying to install Vesktop from the AUR. I've used both vesktop and vesktop-bin packages. With both of them, Vesktop shows the installer page fine, but after going through that, the window is a blank white screen. I've attempted to update it using the script provided in #1257025907625951423, and received an error.
