hi, i noticed that when using Vencord, the notification badges don't show up by the icon on the taskbar (linux, kde desktop, libunity installed)
i thought it was a bug on discord's or kde's side but on vanilla discord the badges work normally

Hello guys I have an issue this doesn't occur very often but it has happened enough that I need to ask anyone for help every so often when I restart my PC like fully shut it down and reopen discord vencord seems to be no longer installed within Discord essentially like it removes itself and I have to open vecord installer and do fix/repair to get it back and all of my pinned DMS and categories are gone but all my normal vencord toggles are still there and enabled. I usually keep my computer on sleep mode or even done occasional restarts due to windows updates but whenever I do a full shutdown this always happens any idea on what causes this and how to fix it? im tired of when i have to do a full shutdown my pin and categorized dms are gone and missing.

I'm not sure if this is specifically a vencord problem or a discord problem, but i've been noticing that whenever I try to send a video, or a largish image (my video is 12mb so it shouldn't be a filesize limit, unless they snuck that in somehow recently?) it just tells me that something went wrong. If I try uploading the same video from mobile, it uploads with no problems. What's the deal with that?

2. Type sudo
3. Drag VencordInstaller.app into your terminal
4. Append /Contents/MacOS/VencordInstaller
5. The final input should now look something like this. Double check that you have everything correctly, especially the space.

sudo /Users/YourUsername/Downloads/VencordInstaller.app/Contents/MacOS/VencordInstaller

6. Run by hitting Enter and the installer should open. If it says file not found, you made a mistake
7. Installing should now work!
8. If you still get the same error, give your terminal app Full Disk Access and try again

Discord Desktop

Use the Repair button in the installer. You will not lose your Vencord or Plugin settings.

Vesktop

Right click the vesktop tray icon > Update Vencord.
If you don't have a tray, you can run the following script in devtools (ctrl + shift + i, then click on the console tab and paste):

Hey there! My antivirus is picking up renderer.js as infected. I'm going to assume this is a false positive, but that does not stop A) my antivirus from constantly quarantining it and B) making my Discord appear as if I've been logged out and need to log in again. I tried the reinstall button in the vencord installer, no luck.
I'll now try disabling plugins to see if they're the cause.
