Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

Just seeking confirmation - I am using Vesktop on Arch (installed via tarball from the vesktop github) and was checking out the screen sharing on wayland. Video works great and I can get audio through but it also includes discord voice audio which is undesirable. I'm using pipewire and have some virtual sinks set up for separating audio but the only options that show up for audio sources are "None" and "Entire System" - see attached image. I just wanted to confirm whether or not this is normal behavior before looking into this further.

I can always hack around this issue manually using qpwgraph so this is very low prio. And as a side note thank you to everyone who works on this project, it's very cool and as a linux user I especially appreciate the ability to screen share with audio on wayland after the lack of support from Discord over the years.
