However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

Fixed it! Bit of a hacky setup, but if anyone else needs help, here's how to fix the middle mouse button autoscroll thingy:

1. On KDE, navigate to System Settings -> General Behavior -> Middle click: Paste selected text (untick)

• On Gnome, install gnome-tweaks and disable the middle click paste extension

2. Restart system and enjoy!

After the restart, if the issue persists, continue on with the next few steps:

3. Navigate to ~/.local/share/applications

4. Edit the dev.vencord.Vesktop.desktop file with root/sudo permission

5. Under the "Exec=" line, append --enable-blink-features=MiddleClickAutoscroll to the end

hello, pretty new to vencord. I am using vesktop client on my endevourOs (arch) wayland kde plasma 6 with linux-lts and nvidia graphics, screenshare was working fine but now it doesnt work it does the loading thing classic discord do. does anyone have the same problem?

I already updated vestop and even tried to reinstall. doesnt work

also if that helps 'loop->recurse > 0' failed at ../pipewire/src/pipewire/thread-loop.c:426 pw_thread_loop_wait()
also i tried vesktop-git vesktop-bin and flatpak version
