So I have noticed this as of late, but it seems like the Spotify Crack plugin will sometimes still pause my audio playback. It will not put the big red banner at the top of Discord, or say anything, the music just gets paused.

Uhhh, I'm not sure if I'm dumb or not but vencord won't install for me, I'm a mac user and I tried installing Vencord, it tells me that I have to allow it Full Disc Access in Privacy & Security which I did, I even gave it Accessibility but still won't work, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I tried the terminal sudo chown -R "${USER}:wheel" /Application/Discord.app which might work but since my account is not in the sudoers file it won't work, I have no idea about it so I'm not sure.

If this cant be fixed and the sudo is the only way to work then I'll search about how to make the account a sudoer.

if the ctrl + shift + i keybind doesn't work, it's likely because a different program conflicts with the keybind. This is most commonly the AMD Radeon Software. If you have that, disable keybinds in it (see the video below)

Will I get banned for using Vencord? Will plugin X get me banned?

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

Hello, my friend is having issues with vencord. He was using it just fine for a while, until an error appeared in the plugins tab today and we don't know what to do about it. We tried reinstalling vencord and discord multiple times, but to no avail.
